Description of Work: I bought a deal for $59 for an insulation energy evaluation but we had them insulate under the bay area and where the house cantilevers out.

Description of Work: Substantially increased the R value of insulation in the attic of our ranch by blowing layer of cellulose after sealing several recessed light fixtures, sealing an opening above a stairwell, and as re-spreading existing insulation (blown fiberglass from 10 years ago on top of original batting). GISCO's owner, Tony, was part of the two-man crew. Working in an attic in the summer is a tough job.

Description of Work: Very professional. |I only needed them to insulate under the floor of my son's bedroom. |Since that did not meet the minimum, he suggested insulated the unfinished space next to my son's room as well since I mentioned I wanted to have it finished. This brought the work being done much closer to their minimum charge for service. |He did a complete walk-through of my house and told me several things I could do myself to help with the temperature control in my rooms. Sealing, plugins, insulating the attic access, replacing door seals, etc. | | |Kept in constant contact with me to verify when they had an opening in the schedule to come out. |Let me know they were on their way and showed up on time. |When I reviewed their work, it was even better than I expected it to be. I would definitely use them again in the future. |

Description of Work: Re-insulated large attic space along with knee walls in closets. The work went as planned and all aspects of the agreement were satisfied. Very happy with the results and professional nature of this contractor.

Description of Work: They did cellulous attic insulation for our home. We can notice the difference already, much more comfortable, less heat loss. |Very professional courteous service. Arrived on time and did the job in about 3.5 hours. We had one small crack that developed in the ceiling. Tony Long took care of the problem and we got it repaired. They did a great job. We are very pleased with the service and the price was very competitive also. I highly recommend Gisco Corp.
