 + -1 moreIT WAS GOOD. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THE PEOPLE AT THE STORE WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. THEY SHOWED ME DIFFERENT THINGS THAT I ASKED TO SEE, AND THEY WOULD TELL ME PRO'S AND CON'S.
Description of Work: PLUSH PILE CARPET INSTALLATION IN THE FAMILY ROOM AND STAIRS.

 + -1 moreI WOULD TELL ANYONE TO USE THEIR SERVICES BECAUSE IT WAS AWFUL. IT TOOK THEM SIX MONTHS TO A NORMAL SIZE LIVING ROOM FROM US SAYING TO DO IT, TO IT ACTUALLY BEING DONE. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM ANYMORE. THE PROCESS WAS JUST REALLY SLOW AND THERE ARE NOT VERY COMMUNICATIVE.
Description of Work: THE TILE WAS LAID IN THE FAMILY ROOM.
