Description of Work: I don't remember the exact date, but I had a contactor go bad and Terry came to replace. He is the BEST! He is more than fair with his charges, and he does great work!!

Description of Work: He is a courteous man and seemed knowledgeable. Prices were fair. He upgraded the system I already had. However, I have found it difficult to get other services like yard signs and door stickers from him. It has been years since I have requested them and I still don't have them. I know that seems small but possible intruders need to know you have a system.

 + -1 moreTerry George, the owner of General Alarm first came to us after a friend gave me his name and number. For a very, very fair price, he upgraded and enhanced our ADT alarm system, which was lacking in many areas (windows, doors, motion sensors). He was prompt, curtious, and takes his time to answer any, all questions. Not only did he upgrade our system at a very affordable price, he also does the month monitoring at almost half the cost of ADT and the other largers alarm companies. Anytime I have a question Terry is very good about calling me back to answer. He does fabulous work, and is great to work with. I am going to get him to install an alarm system in my son's home, and also, we are about to upgrade our system with him again. Terry is a true professional who can give home security at an affordable price and who truly cares about his customers!
Description of Work: Upgrade our current home alarm system (originally installed by ADT several years ago). Provide monthly monitoring for us for the past 2 years or so.
