Mark and Karen were very professional and thorough. They encouraged me and my wife to be present and part of the inspection process. They answered all of our questions to the best of their ability and gave us contact information of other reliable professionals to answer the questions they weren't qualified to. It was an absolute bonus that Mark and Karen are two of the nicest people we've ever met.

Garr home inspections contacted me immediately and worked me into their schedule quickly. Mark Garr was a pleasure to work with. The inspection was very thorough and he pointed out issues related to the house without being an alarmist about normal wear on a house. This made it extremely easy to negotiate with the seller the repairs necessary. His reports were very detailed and easy to understand. After the inspection, he took the time to go through each issue and explain its severity and possible solutions also making it easier to negotiate repairs. I would recommend Mark Garr to anyone in the Louisville area.

Very thorough. I wanted an inspection to get an idea of what I might need to pay attention to in preparing my home for a possible sale. I was also able to get a radon test and termite inspection through them. They were well worth it.

It went well. I use him a lot. He's very reliable, dependable and does a good job in general. His report is very good and detailed. He usually gets it to you within a 24 hour period.
