The owner was rude to me after he put yard waste into my Louisville Garbage can which is marked clearly on top "NO YARD WASTE." The excuse the owner gave me was he was trying to clean up the area so it was presentable. Well, that didn't save me 30 mins of cleaning plant waste out of my trash can before trash day.
