The work was scheduled and completed quickly.

I have a small yard that needed levelling. I directly paid for all materials plus a labor charge. Only did a couple of areas of the yard rather than the whole yard. Mounded too soil, leaving it rough, and covered with straw so deep I doubt grass seed will come up. Leaving me with hours of work. 2 men worked 2 hours for $800. Do not hire Franklin. Oh, his help he picked up at Wayside.

Did a fine job. Very reasonable on the price. I recommend him to do anything that they do. Came out on a moments notice. Got the job done.

Franklin did a complete front yard sod removal for us so that we could install a brick courtyard. He was incredible prompt, had all the professional equipment needed, excellent staff and we enjoyed getting to know him. He is an incredibly competent individual and anyone would be fortunate to have him perform a landscaping service. Very happy!

Mr. Franklin responded quickly and came out the same day to look at the job and give us a price. He and his helper came out the next day to do the work; they rushed through the job and missed some of the things we wanted done. Mr. Franklin left the job site for several hours and his helper kept shoveling rock into the front landscaping; my husband had to stop him and show him that rock needed to be put into the back landscaping. Since so much rock was put in the front, there wasn't enough rock left to do the back properly. By the time Mr. Franklin returned, it was getting dark and they rushed to finish the job and it wasn't finished properly.

Needed work done building a wall out of boulders and final grading of back and side yard. I was told the work can be done but what I got was a pile of boulders instead of a wall around my pool. Grading work was never done seeing as I was told it was a 1 day job which took 3. Quote was given on labor, never mentioned the $300 needed for the bobcat i assumed he already owned. Also misquoted almost by double the amount of sod needed for the job. None of the work was done properly but was told he could rent another bobcat for an additional $300 for the next day to do the grading on the side yard. Also asked for daily payment for employees after not mentioning it prior to. He did save me money on sod although what good is a savings on sod if the job is not done correctly. Unfortunately, someone could get injured walking down my side yard because of the work done was uneven. Now I will need to pay another contractor to completely redo my yard throwing away thousands. Nice guy and loved upfront labor costs. Unfortunately, he left out everything else. If you use him get a signed contract.

Franklin and crew did an awesome job. Very customer friendly and ensures the client is satisfied before departing.

Mr Franklin responded promptly, inspected my property within the hour, gave me a bid while here. Returned as promised the next day and finished the job. I appreciated his professionalism and am happy to have the job done in a little over 24 hours from my first contact with angi.

Victor and his crew were very prompt courteous and do high quality work. They were very accommodating and flexible with my schedule I would highly recommend them for this type of work and other residential landscaping needs.

We had several flower beds that required mulch. Victor gave us an estimate and recommended a mulch that complimented our home. The estimate was in the ballpark of other years. The landscaping team was timely and very professional. They cleaned up the weeds and winter yard waste. The flower beds look lovely and ready for Spring plants.

The professional who came out was great, but left all the leaves in bags and said he would come the next day to remove all the yard waste and continue with his services but he never showed up again, even after we tried contacting him.

I received quickly received a call from Franklin to set an appointment. They were very accommodating to my schedule. They arrived the following work day, gave a price and went to work.

The price was reasonable. The workers were courteous. They were prompt with their service. They did what I asked. The only reason they have four stars for now is they left burnt tire marks on our driveway when they drove the their truck up our hill to unload. I hope they will come back and power wash the stains off the driveways I can give them 5 stars.

Victor was disrespectful, and I would not use him nor recommend him. He also did not complete the job properly.

Amazing work! Franklin Landscaping called me within 24 hours, gave a below-anticipated quote, and began work the same day. They returned the very next day to complete the project. Every recommendation the company made was economical and only improved upon our original plans. In addition, we added other requests at the end of the second day and those were immediately accommodated. This was not a small job. Franklin Landscaping created and mulched flowerbeds, trimmed a tree, planted new landscaping, create tree groves from a tree line, and graded/ seeded/ covered bare areas of the lawn. Best of all, the owner and staff are friendly and extremely easy to work with. We looked forward to seeing them. I will use both Home Advisor and Franklin Landscaping in the future.
