Description of Work: went out of my way to go here for advise and see plants etc. Manager said not a word, nor made any move to do ANYTHING. Girl showed me some seeds, and seemed not to want to spend any time answering questions of what I was looking for. Seemed to want to tell another worker what to do and where to place plants. looked around, saw items I wanted and asked about them and growing conditions. Girl seemed to be perturbed that she had to serve me. went in and asked manager if he was the person to "cash me out" he said, "yeah" and moved to the register. Gave me change and walked away back to stand where he was standing the whole time I was there.

+ -1 moreI went to Frank Otte on Taylorsville Road in search of a male ginkgo tree. They were having a half price sale on trees this past fall. The tree was purchased on October 26th and planted the next day. The total cost included half of the full price of the tree for planting. The tree purchased was to replace a pin oak tree in our front yard that was cut down a year prior. They were very helpful in locating a proper spot near the cut down oak and made sure there were no air pockets around the roots. They were finished in about an hour leaving no mess and leaving watering instructions. We are very happy with the tree and look forward to seeing it leaf out this spring.
Description of Work: We purchased a male ginkgo tree from Frank Otte Nursery. The price included both the tree and planting.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME AND DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO IT. THEY HAD EXCELLENT QUALITY MATERIALS AND THEY ARE EASY TO WORK WITH.
Description of Work: THEY PULLED UP OLD BUSHES AND PUT IN NEW ONES. THEY DID THE WHOLE LANDSCAPING OF THE YARD.

+ -1 moreI USED THEM FOR SIX YEARS BECAUSE THEY ARE UP THE ROAD ON RIVER ROAD. THEY HAVE MANY BRANCHES IN THE LOUISVILLE AREA. THEY ARE REASONABLE PRICE WISE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THEY DO A LOT OF EXTRA THINGS FOR YOU.
Description of Work: THEY LANDSCAPED THE FRONT YARD. THEY TOOK OUT SHRUBS AND REPLACED THEM WITH OTHER SHRUBS.
