FRAGILE PACK

I am a 100% disabled multiple combat tour Veteran who cant exercise outside like most people can. I ordered a treadmill a month ago. It was supposed to be at my house by now. Fragilepak picked it up from the sellers warehouse 12 days ago, and it just disappeared! No one can locate it via tracking numbers or anything else. Calling fragilepak is a nightmare, with an hour or more hold time standard. Each time I did finally get through to a representative, they were extremely rude to me, which is all I needed after suffering on hold for an hour already! The only cure I can see for this company is to shut their doors forever and go out of business. This is without a doubt the absolute WORST shipping company I have EVER seen in the U.S. or the numerous Countries I have lived in. I wish I could give them NEGATIVE 10 stars!!! I have filed multiple official complaints against them with the sellers warehouse company as well as the original place I purchased it. Both give fragilepak a LOT of their business!

I recently emptied my elderly mother's house after she moved to assisted living, with only a week to accomplish it. I contacted Fragile Pack in advance to construct 2 custom boxes - 1 for a large antique clock, and 1 for a framed Civil War era painting 46" in width. I asked that the boxes be ready for pick-up when I arrived in Louisville by air. Scott constructed very strong boxes, lined in styrofoam, with perfect dimensions. He even offered to wait for me after his closing time, in case my flight were delayed. He could not have been more helpful, even helping to fit the boxes into my rented SUV. I also bought used boxes from him for packing other household goods. The used boxes were clean, strong, and inexpensive, and the custom boxes were very reasonable - much less expensive than ordering them on line. I would strongly recommend Fragile Pack to anyone.
