Footprints Floors Kentucky called to set up our quote promptly and arrived on time. We received our quote very quickly and were able to schedule within a couple of weeks. Pricing was excellent, installers were excellent and everything happened professionally and without delay. Everyone involved with the process was able to answer my questions quickly and efficiently. My house now looks wonderful thanks to their fantastic work.

We love our new floors! Footprints installed hardwood floors in our great room, dining room, sunroom, master bedroom, utility room, 2 hallways, closets and a staircase. They merged the existing hardwood floors in our kitchen with the new floors. You can't tell where the old floors end and the new floors begin. They match perfectly. Ben, the owner of Footprints was very pleasant and made the whole process seamless. Manny and his team of installers did a beautiful job. The craftsmanship is outstanding. It exceeded our expectations. We give Footprints a 10 out of 10 and would recommend them to anyone considering hardwood.

Very nice and courteous. Had to demo layers of kitchen floor and install new floor. They came and did the job in one day. Issue arose when removing old flooring which they handled promptly. Installers were hard working and stayed late to get the job done! Very pleased!
