 + -1 moreThe project started well but since I have paid him (additional 3,200.00) to order and replace 2 windows as well as fix the second floor bay window area and first floor window area we have not seen him since. I still have scaffolding in my front yard as well as boards and building materials that he purchased to finish the project also in my front yard. They have been their since the end of October 2015. After calling him in December he said that the windows came in damaged and had to send them back. Keep in mind that I never saw the windows. I have called him several times from December until March but he has not returned my calls. He finally called me on March 29th and said he would be here Saturday April 2nd but he was no where to be found. It has been 1 excuse after another on why he can not come and finish the project. Caulking was not completed and I have plastic that keeps blowing off in storms that is covering 1 window. I cringe every time it rains. He was paid 6,100.00 to do a project is only halfway completed. I trusted him and gave him what he needed to do the project and I feel that his company has disrespected me and my family. I am ready to start litigation. I am very disappointed. Description of Work: Provider came to my home and replaced drip plate around the front of my home on the exterior, as well as board under my drip plate on pars of the front of my home. He also replaced stucco and boards in the front of my home on the exterior and caulked. The part that is completed looks nice and was pleased with what he started. He was paid 2,900.00 to get started and get supplies on October 26th 2015. He put scaffolding up and worked for about 2-3 days. He was also to work on a bay window that has rotted boards (trim boards as well as particle boards or plywood) on the second floor. He was to look at metal flashing, gutters and find out why boards are rotting and fix the damaged area on the second floor of the bay window. He was also suppose to fix the drip plate and board under the drip plate on a first floor window the sticks out from the exterior of the home by approximately 2 feet. On November 8th 2015 he was paid an additional 3,200.00 to finish the project. To order and replace 2 windows that had rotted (on the second floor) areas on them as well as finish the bay window area on the second floor and the first floor window drip plate and board as well as any other area that was affected by water or rot.
