Description of Work: Weed Control. Never received any real guidance from them. They just came out and sprayed the chemicals and went on their way. For more than $1,000 per year, I expected more.

Description of Work: I have been using Farison for 2 years now as a pre-paid year round treatment customer. They come out automatically to provide weed & feed treatments multiple times each year. We have been pleased overall with one major exception...late summer/early fall weeds. Both last year and this year I had to call because the lawn was being taken over by various weeds. They immediately came out the following day (both times)and once they treated, the weeds quickly died off. It is a scheduled treatment specified on the annual plan...maybe they treated but at the wrong time. Either way, in my opinion, they should be out to treat the weeds before I have to call them. Otherwise I would have given them an A rating.

Keep in mind, unfortunately we can not treat every customer the same day so we do all of our customer in "Routes". We can always break route and get right out to your lawn if we need to, like you mentioned. You as the home owner get the Advantage of being on the lawn everyday, we are only there 6 times out of the year. So your Feedback is crucial to provide your lawn extra care if needed. We are sorry you must call, but it is part of the process. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist you with your lawn.

Description of Work: These guys were excellent... professional, knowledgeable, timely and reasonable. A free estimate and evaluation was given about my lawn. I can already see a difference in the first application. You can also get a great deal if you purchase several treatments together. I found this company on Angie's list and was completely satisfied. IF I HAVE CONCERNS, IF THEY MISSED SOMETHING, THEY COME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND MAKE IT GOOD. SO I DON'T REALLY HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS. THEY'RE RESPONSIVE. SOMETIMES THEY GET A LITTLE CARRIED AWAY WITH THE FERTILIZER AND THEY GET IT ON THE DRIVEWAY AND THE SIDEWALK AND IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE THERE.

THEY'RE EXCELLENT. THE WEED CONTROL WAS DONE, AND EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO WAS COMPLETED. I HAVE A HEALTHY GREEN, WEED-FREE LAWN. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND THEY CALLED BEFORE.
