He was courteous and he was very upfront, and I appreciate that. We didn't get that treatment from other contractors we have spoken to.
Description of Work: We are in the process of talking with Fackler Homes Inc. now. He called about 2 nights ago and he quoted us for our kitchen. It was right around $52,000 if he includes the flooring. We're removing cabinets and getting new cabinets.

Description of Work: Total basement refinishing. Then most recently he finished some work in the kitchen.
