 + -1 moreBill and company were great to work with. Had new sod put down and rooted. They came out within 3 weeks and put in a 5 zone irrigation system with minimal disruption to the grass. Bill is always quick to answer calls and questions. To date I have been extremely happy with the services rendered.
Description of Work: Irrigation system installed on all four sides of the residents.

 + -1 moreInstallation several years ago went fine. Each year the annual service is worse than the previous year.
Description of Work: Installed my system several years ago. Their annual service and responsiveness is horrible. They seldom return calls and failed to fixed by Water sensor after asking each of the last four years. The system is slowly falling apart and I can't get them to come out and fix the system.

 + -1 moreTHEY'RE FAIRLY RESPONSIVE BUT NOT TOO QUICK ABOUT IT. IF WE HAVE A PROBLEM THEY COME OUT AND FIX IT. THERE'S A LONG LAG TIME BETWEEN THE TIME THAT I CALL AND THE TIME THAT THEY CALL AND GET BACK TO ME.
Description of Work: THEY TURNED ON OUR SPRINKLER SYSTEMS. THEY CHECKED THE HEADS. THEY DO THAT ON A YEARLY BASIS. THEY ALSO TURN IT OFF.
