 + -1 moreI have a wasp nest inside the wall, with wasps being active during a certain time of day, specifically when the sun shines on the wall. This company came to my residence once, outside of the wasps' active time, and claimed there were no wasps. They even asked me to take a picture of the wasps inside the wall, which is impossible. To make matters worse, they lied to the HOA, saying they visited three times and saw no wasps. I recorded the sound of wasps flying loudly inside and hitting the walls, but they dismissed it, saying it sounded like a squirrel. They scheduled a visit last Wednesday during the time when the wasps are active, but no one showed up. They never called to notify me of the cancellation and stopped responding to my calls. I would not recommend them to anyone. This company is extremely unprofessional.

When we moved recently, I not only recommended them to the folks who bought our house, I brought them along with me and I had them do a termite treatment/contract at the new house. I highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreCalled on Monday and schedule appointment for Tuesday. Joey Ackerman came in, assessed the problem, told us what he would do and then went about his work both indoors and outside. He was timely, very professional and efficient. When he finished, he came in and gave us an overview of what he had done and talked with us about the warranty. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use again!

 + -1 moreSee above. We are SO PLEASED with this company that we found on Angie's List. Company A, that we called first, had sent us a flyer in the mail. Envirosafe, however, saved us a ton a money and reassured us that we have no further worry from the carpenter bees. Thanks, Angie's List.
Description of Work: We had seen some wood damage on our deck and called another company first. Company A wanted to charge us $1800 with a yearly contract of $369. We almost bit (this Company A has a B rating on Angie's List) but are we glad we did not!. We called EnviroSafe Termite and Pest Control for a second opinion. They came out promptly and said it was not termites, but they would treat for carpenter bees for $125. Joey treated for the carpenter bees, and John came out as well to check for termites. John said we did not need another treatment and that we did not have termites. He said he would come out each year for a free inspection. We really liked both these gentlemen and will continue to do business with EnviroSafe and tell all our friends about them. Today they just saved us almost $1700 and we know we can contact them again next year for a free inspection.

The main reason that I stay with them is that they use eco-friendly treatments, but I also like that they send the same technician, Joey, out each time. He always does a thorough job, and he's very friendly and professional when he's at the house.

 + -1 moreJohn responded quickly to my call for help with bees swarming in a porch area of our home. He set an appointment to come out the next day and examined the problem and treated the area. He was professional in every way. He explained what needed to be done ahead of time and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. The bees have not returned, and the cost of the treatment seemed very reasonable. I will definitely call him again for pest management issues in my home and would be happy to recommend him to others.

Placed glue boards in select locations in basement and garage. Inspected exposed framing in basement for insect activity (none found). Treated outside perimeter with a repellent and also a bait.  + -1 moreThey were great. The best thing is I had either 60- or 90-day window where if I still had trouble that they would come out and they did. They were very professional. They got someone else on it as quick as they could because I told them I was scared of the hornets. They came while I was gone and left a tag on the door and called back to make sure I was satisfied. The ground hornets came back within a couple of days and they came right out and took care of the problem. I will recommend them to anyone. Their prices are really, really great compared to other ones.
