Part of the enclosure included 2 sliding doors with screens - there is a gap between the bottom of the screen door and the track on both doors. Within a week after installation I placed several calls to the installer (Patrick) and he did not return my calls. Then I finally got a hold of the President of the company Michael Hardin. On July 8, he was supposed to call me back as we both had vacation scheduled and he would set up a time for them to come back out. As of Friday, July 24th, I have not heard from him. So I called him 3 times on Friday, the 24th, and I called once on Saturday, the 25th and once today, July 27th to no avail.

They were very good. They were fast. They worked every day. The quality of work is excellent.

They were very professional, expedient, went above and beyond. They cleaned up very well.

I thought when I called everybody was real friendly. The salesman explained really well what they would do. They gave me a pricing on different windows that I wanted. The only bad thing was that he said I would be called by the installer within a within a week and I didn’t hear from anybody. I called and nobody called me back and then I called again and I talked to someone else and they said they need to speak to an installer and I still didn’t hear from anybody. I thought the price was a little high and getting things done in Kentucky is expensive compared to New York. Not to call somebody back is not professional. When they did the windows there was a problem with one window and they caught it right away and they called their boss and to do something about it as it was not working right. He didn’t call the workers back and we just tucked the window and left it like that so the guys will come back and repair it. The guys that were here doing the work were great. Everything got so messed up because of the huge storm. There was a lot of hail damage like broken windows and vinyl siding and people were scrambling everywhere trying to get the repairs done. They also had a tornado go through. It was the salesman fault because he didn’t say they are so packed up so I don’t l know how long it will take but he made it sound that they will be here within the week.

I think they did a pretty good job. They didn't clean up real good, I had to go back out in the yard and pick up all kinds of wood shavings and things like that. They didn't nail the ends of my boards on my deck. I called them and they came back out today and took care of that problem. Other than cleaning up, they did okay.

Company don'ts: - insist that spouse must also be present for estimate, which meant a Saturday appointment (husband couldn't work OT for this) - call 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to advise that you are going to be late - indicate that you will provide an estimate (generally taken as a written one) if you are only going to orally provide information Personal don'ts: - if a company insists on having a spouse present for obtaining an estimate, don't bother trying to schedule with the company - allow a company representative to show up with an attitude problem, send him/her on their way immediately - waste time trying to get something in writing, tell the company representative to leave your property immediately This was the most unpleasant experience that I have had in a long time. It was further compounded in that since the company insisted that my husband, Jack, be here, he could not work overtime and we could have used the money. If this company says they provide estimate, then they should provide estimate. For the record, and excluding a friend of a friend, this is the only company that would not provide a written estimate unless we were ready to sign a contract for them to do the work. I have no plans to contact this company for any future work nor will I recommend them to anyone. Ibelieve my husband would agree with this review.

the installation and workmen were good. the company was not good at returning phone calls. they took our deposit, but we found out later that they didn't cash it, so they said we owed them the deposit. they don't seem organized

I did not choose them for the job. I didn't like that the guy was here for one minute, and told me that I needed new gutters without even looking at them. That was not a good thing. Everyone else that gave me a quote said that I didn't need them. I saw that he was just trying to add on more work that I didn't need. He was punctual and responsive, but I would probably not use them in the future. They wanted me to submit to using them when they gave the estimate. They tried to do anything they could to get me to use them, instead of anyone else.

A+ excellent. Sales rep John is a bit goofy but did not try to oversell.

I purchased a sunroom from Enterprise in Summer of 2008. One of the skylights leaked within the first few months and I contacted Enterprise for repair or replacement. Enterprise said they were aware of the problem in that the seal was defective and could fix it. They did so but the leak it did not fix the problem. I reported the problem again and again, and each time they tried to patch the window, rather than replace it. This went on past the warranty period, but started during the warranty coverage. Each time they assured me that the problem was solved, only to have the leak happen again the next time it rained or snowed. After about half a dozen leaks (And patches), the problem persisted and the water leaked started to damage the hardwood floors I had installed in this room (not by Enterprise but the brother-in-law of the salesperson John Ober suggested by him). At this point, I insisted that the skylight be replaced, or they would be responsible for the damage to the floor. Mr. Ober also told me that the company knew this was a defective window. However, the owner Mike Hardin told me that the window was discontinued and it was impossible to get a replacement. Finally, in April 2010, I threatened the owner Mr. Hardin with a lawsuit and at this time, they were magically able to find a replacement skylight. At this time, he also promised to repair the hardwood floor that was damaged by the leaks occurring over the nearly two years and their failure to fix the problem. However, Mr. Hardin did not make any attempts to fix the floor for several more months and after multiple reminders, I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. When he heard this, he called me and started yelling, demanding that unless I withdrew the complaint, he will not do anything. At one point during this process, his salesperson even agreed to fix my floor at his own expense and Mr. Hardin forbid him to do so, holding me hostage because he wanted me to withdraw the BBB complaint. I just wanted this problem to be solved, and agreed. But when I called BBB to withdraw the complaint, they told me that it is against their policies for member companies to demand withdrawal of complaints. They told me that it puts the membership in jeopardy and that Mr. Hardin will receive a phone call about this. I now do not see Enterprise on the BBB member list so I wonder if they were removed. Mr. Hardin finally asked a contractor to replace the damaged parts of the floor in the Fall of 2010. Unfortunately, they found that the color of the floor has significantly changed due to sun exposure over time and the same wood now does not match the two and a half year old wood. This means that replacing only the damaged parts of the wood creates a mismatched floor. The contractor Mr. Hardin sent to my house agreed that the floor should be replaced and he commented that he did not understand Mr. Hardin?s reluctance to replace the floor. He even called Mr. Hardin and asked him to come and see hoe the new planks did not match the old planks and in his words ?stood out like a sore thumb?. Mr. Hardin came to see the floor and agreed to replace it if no match could be found (which they did not) but later changed his mind. The contractor Mr. Hardin hired felt bad for me and replaced the damaged planks with the new (but mismatched) planks so now I have a patchy floor, which has different colors, and is not level. The BBB is still reviewing the issue and Mr. Hardin has not replaced the floor. I have owned four homes over the past thirty years and have engaged in many home addition and improvement projects. Never have I experienced anything as difficult and unpleasant as this experience with this company. I have wasted much time chasing the company and three years later, I still do not have a finished sunroom. In addition, interacting with Mr. Hardin has been a most unpleasant experience. He gets angry, screams, and talks over you and is extremely unprofessional. Instead of responding with concern for the problem his work and inability to fix the problem has caused, he acts as if you are bothering him with these problems and loses his temper. Several times during this proves, my calls to him went unreturned. I am surprised at their lack of responsiveness because friends and neighbors who walk through my house notice the floor problem and learnsabout the issue with this company, which cannot be good for their business. This has caused me a lot of aggravation and loss of time. The salesperson, John Ober, who was always professional, and always agreed that the right thing would have been to immediately replace the skylight and if not to later replace the floor. However, he told me that while agreed with me, he was not able to convince the owner to do the right thing. "I have read the response from Enterprise: 1. It is true that I wanted a room with skylights and told them sowhen they came in to sell the room. If they did not think they could deliver what I wanted, they should not have take the job (and my money). 2. I have never met or spoken about the wood installer's wife so Ihave no idea what they are talking about in this regard. 3. It is completely unreasonable for them to ask me to heat a roomthat is leaking and therefore unusable for years. 4. This company will not hesitate hassling customers for years in avery unprofessional manner rather than take responsibility for their mistakes so I suggest staying away and paying a little more to a moreprofessional outfit if you have to."

It went well. There were three different things that I was having done and the quote was for about $8400 for the work. It was fine but I am still to select from one of them. He seemed pretty professional, courteous and nice. He came out here when he said he was going to. I probably would hire them again.

I liked his product but didn't think I could work with him through the whole process.

They seemed honest and professional the way they explained they would do the work. I did not personally like the person that came out, but he did fine; I have a thing against salespeople. He was here early when he actually came out. It took a while to get an appointment; I called them, and it was like a week and a half later before I could get anything scheduled. It wasn’t overly long, but if I had been really pushed for time, it would have been pretty significant. I guess they should get more salespeople if the demand is high. I would recommend them to others to at least get a quote from them. I would consider contacting them again in the future.

They did a good job. It was $400 a window. There wasn’t anything that I disliked. I would tell people that they do good work. They do what they say they are going to do. I would use them again in the future if need be.

What I asked for is what I got. The owner of the company actually came out and assisted the last day. Everyone was very professional. I referred a neighbor and they gave me a $50 discount. Love my windows.

The initial estimate was for $3800.00. When everything was said and done because of the wood I think it was $4133.00. I think that they did a good job. The workers were friendly. They seemed to do a quality job with quality material. I didn't really have any dislikes.

There were a few communication problems between Michael and I at the time of the estimate. He did not understand that I wanted the windows to match what existed on the house. He said 'yes, they will match' but he meant that if he installed all new windows in each section (ie the garage) of the house that the windows in that section would match each other and only be similar to the windows in the rest of the house. I would expect there windows to match one another so it was not a question I thought I had to ask! After all of that Michael was very helpful with helping me understand his bid and reasoning for the number of windows he wanted to replace but in the end we wanted to repair or replace only the 5 windows we were having problems with and not 21 windows.

They were very punctual. We would use them again.

The product the company puts up looks great! There was initally some disagreement over the quality of the work after it was completed, but the company came out and fixed the disputed items under warranty. They were very professional and good at explaining the in's and out's of the installation process. I am a rather picky person when it comes to work done on my house and in the end they were able to exceed my expectations. They are definately in our list of companies to use in future projects!

They did a good job. They did it when they said they would, and for the price they said it would be. I was happy with their work.

I am pleased with the installation of the basement windows. The only issue was waiting for the installment date. We called and an appointment was setup and there was no other concerns. Enterprise did a very good job.

Our house is a 1950's ranch. The paint on the wood siding was peeling and the metal/wood windows were very drafty with condensation forming on them at times. It was just ugly. They started the project with the windows, taking out and replacing the windows all in one day so we were not left with open spaces. They worked at least 7 hours per day even coming on the weekend. They picked up everything every day. When I mentioned that the spaces between the sliding glass doors were not even, they fixed it immediately. I think it took 5 days to complete the windows. The installers were very nice. Then the next day after completing the windows, a new crew of installers came to start with the siding. They were also hard workers and picked up everything every day. The house looks wonderful now and at a reasonable price. We noticed the difference in our furnace's ability to keep up with cooling the house immediately and now keeping it warm more easily. Great products and great service!
