Perfect job with no complaints

Fine - quick work once they got started - had a little delay at beginning but work is great !!!

man came out inspected damage and leaking area and used roofing cement to repair shingles- he asked for order list copy and left---- he told me he could not make repairs to shingles but that I would have to call office to schedule this.

Joe was the best. He knew I was on a tight budget and gave me several possible solutions that would solve the problem. I will definitely be using them in the future when I need to replace the skylights on the roof, or have any other roofing needs. I felt my issue was their issue and they did the best they could to work with my budget.

They were punctual and thorough.

The quote was within the same ball park as everyone else, but his quality of service and personal investment made me choose this company. During the 3 days that the crew was here working, they were kind and friendly, and helped me move my three toddlers back and forth across the debris. At the end of the job, the entire yard was clean - and after doing a major hunt for nails, I only found 5 they had missed. It was a pleasure having them at my home.

The roofer called before he showed up. Knocked on the door to announce his arrival, and got right to work. He was polite and well mannered. After the work was completed, he provided pictures for me to show the work that had been completed. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent and quick installation.

The project went well without delay. In the contractor seletion process I narrowed the field to 3 companies and recieved proposals from each one. Two were "toss-up" competitive but two factors helped me select Elite Roofing. One, a positive reference from a neighbor who had used their services and two, Elite's knowledge of ventilation. Their representative Sean Brown is a certifified ventilation expert. His knowledge and recommendations boosted my confidence in their ability to not only do the reroof but to correct a poor ventilation setup that the initial builder had originally installed. The job was completed in a timely manner and the work site was left clean of trash and debris. In addition, the necessary information to file a new warranty was provided. Bottom line, I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing related service.

They were prompt coming a couple of days after I contacted them. Tommy Roberts came and looked at the problem and texted emailed me the estimate and contract. They were very polite and professional and they did a wonderful job. I highly recommend the to anyone looking for a contractor for any roofing jobs that need to get done.

It was wonderful. They do a pretty wide price range of roofs. I'd give them an A plus plus. They're very competitive. If you want a quality job, they're very competitive. I will be using them again in two weeks.

Great work, repairman was polite, knowledgeable and very competent.

They were great. I just thought they were great in trying to meet my needs and doing what I asked them to do and trying to solve every problems so it would be satisfactory to us. The roof replacement worked out great. They were excellent. I thought the price was excellent.

Very well. Very very friendly and helpful. While he was on the roof he had fixed a screen on a window for us. It ended up leaking twice more after his initial repair. The third attempt he finally fixed it right. They were very good. They tried to do the smaller repairs to fix the problem to save us some money.

We used Elite for two separate issues in the last couple of months. First, they replaced two old skylights that were leaking in advance of some major interior improvements (painting and new hardwood floors). Our schedule was very tight since we had multiple contractors involved, and Elite was very responsive in meeting our time requirements. They went out of their way to find the right skylights when other companies couldn't. They showed up on time and got everything done as promised. They later had to come back out and repair a section of flashing in one of the roof valleys that had been installed incorrectly by another contractor. They were very responsive and got everything repaired before the next big rain. We will definitely use them again

Went very well. Crews arrived in a timely fashion and completed the roof very quickly. Crew were very nice and did a good job cleaning up. Supervisor came out before, during the job and after clean up to ensure all went well. They fixed my nit-picks with a smile ( bundle ripped a small hole in a window and a gutter was put on backwards - screen it was repaired quickly and with apology no problem) I would have no hesitation recommending this company and would use them again

I sent Elite Roofing an email through Angie's List. They called shortly after to let me know an estimator would be contacting me within a half hour. He called as promised and we set an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time, assessed the situation and commented that we really need a complete new roof. There was no pressure to do that now, just an offer to provide an estimate for a complete job if I wanted one. After getting the estimate for the repair he told me it might be 2 weeks before they could get to it. 2 weeks became 4 days when an opening came up in their schedule. They arrived as promised, did the repair and cleaned everything up. We have had some major rains since then and there are no leaks in sight! Now that I am thinking about doing a total roof, Elite will be tops on my list to call when the time comes.

Hard to set up appointment. First person came out and could not get on the roof. Did not have a ladder high enough for second story even though I communicated that to initial person. After second person came out days later, never received estimate. Not sure what happened. I spent too much of my time tracking them down. No estimate ever received. Very unprofessional.

It took quite a while to start work, but due to large number of hail repairs, not unexpected. However, the copper section took almost a year to get completed. Took a number of follow-ups & calls before the subcontractor finished.

We have no complaints. They were great. The price they quoted me was a good price or I wouldn't have been able to use them. I like the person that I dealt with and I like the people who came and did the work. They did exactly what they said they would do. When they left, everything was clean. It was just all very clean and neat. What little interaction I would have with them as I was going in or out and see them were very pleasant and polite. They came in and got to work. They obviously knew exactly what they were doing. It was very no hassle for me.

They did an excellent job. Jeremy and Shawn were on top of the entire job and always available. They were responsive to all our questions and were always concerned with our satisfaction and doing a good job for us. We love the roof and would hire Elite again. We have no reservation about recommending them to others.

Their work crew was fast and professional. They communicated with us well before, during and after the work was completed. The house looks great and even after several unexpected additional repairs, the overall cost was less than we expected.

They did an excellent job overall. They ran in to some problems with my roof but they overcame the problems and took care of the situation. They came highly recommended by many people. They gave me a 50 year warranty on the roof which is unheard of.
