Marcus was an amazing person to have complete a full remodel and finish of our basement. Not only was he polite, professional, and efficient he was more than accommodating to everything we asked for along the way! After that project we had Marcus also do a big project at our business for an addition to our office. Once again, he did an amazing job and at no surprise! Marcus did an office renovation for us. We needed to demo some walls and put up numerous other walls, and all the electrical and modifications for the drop ceiling. Marcus was awesome! He finished ahead of schedule, and was in communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend Marcus for any sort of renovation project.

They had a reasonable price, and the quality is excellent. Able to work independently and efficiently with no excuses or change orders. They did an 1100 Sq Foot basement with a rec room, bedroom and bathroom. Same high quality finish work as the upstairs

Marcus finished 1440 sq ft of basement area and added more lighting / electrical outlets to the remaining unfinished basement storage area. I received 5 bids and the estimate provided by Marcus was very competitive. In my initial wish list, Marcus clearly explained which ideas were easy to implement and which ones were expensive to implement. This helped me bring down the final contract cost by more than 10% of the original estimate. When framing started, it was immediately obvious how good Marcus is at his trade. The framing job he did was meticulously perfect. The electrical work he did was high quality and building code compliant. The finished bathroom tile in the shower and the flooring was beautiful. Marcus also did some work for me that was an add-on to the contract. The greatest thing he did was to repair damage to our brand new bathroom vanity that went undetected because the vanity was boxed for 3 months. Communication was excellent and Marcus was always there when he said he would be there.

Marcus did a great job finishing our family room in the basement, we needed drywall, framing the painting, and more and we got what we have been looking for, We cannot say enough about Marcus, he is very organized and leaves all clean. Quality of work is amazing and always on time as promised. The most important thing is being trustworthy and reasonable about prices. Highly recommend and will definitely rehire for other renovations. Update: 02/02/23 Very professional, clean work, best price, very respectful, and professional.

We reached out to Marcus for a bathroom remodel. We needed to tear out our old hot tub and convert it to a large custom shower with multiple shower heads and a bench seat. We also replaced the vanity and commode as well as tile and paint. Marcus is trustworthy, prompt and very detailed. He shows up and works diligently to perfection. He does all the work himself and is very understanding and patient to the â owner input â throughout the project. His quote was very fair as compared to others. We did not know him and now highly recommend him. Actually we have another project after experiencing his work.

Marcus Hayden, Owner and Operator, is an all around great person. He did the majority of the work himself. The drywall portion of our basement was subcontracted out to a person that works closely with Marcus' company. Our finished basement was ABSOLUTELY everything we had wanted. We couldn't be more pleased!! The quality of the work is outstanding, and it was done at a reasonable price. Marcus went above and beyond by making sure he understood what we were looking for, but also being cost conscious in his suggestions. There was no huge mark up, as we saw in the other contractor bids for the job. (He was $10,000 cheaper than the next closest bid) We now have a family room, full bath, bedroom with closet , and storage areas in our basement to enjoy. He added significant equity and quality craftsmanship to our home and did so without breaking the bank. I would definitely use his company again for any future projects in our home.
