Work was to be performed replacing a pool filter and valve through a home warrantee claim. I was unsure about the guy at the initial "diagnosis" appointment due to his unprofessionalism, however I gave benefit of the doubt that he knew what he was doing. Was supposed to hear back from him within a week when the parts had arrived. After not hearing anything 10 days later I called and left a message. He didn't respond. I call again the next day, he responded with a text that he couldn't talk now to text him. I did and he told me that the parts would be in that Thursday (two weeks exactly after they were ordered which was a week longer than I was quoted) and that he would call me to schedule install. I didn't hear from him so Friday I text again and he said the parts were in but they were on a truck and they couldn't get to them until the next day...finally TUESDAY after he text me and scheduled Thursday for install. then Thursday he text me that he couldn't make it and would come Friday. keep in mind he wasn't asking if that worked, just telling me when he would come to my house. he came Friday and then told me it wasn't his job to have the specific tool he needed and that I should buy one and do the first part of the job needed and then call him and he would come and finish. needless to say, I told him to leave and I called the warrantee company and they found someone else to do the work. HORRIBLE EXPERICENCE!

Description of Work: Came to fix my washing machine that was still under warranty. Found out I needed part that was recalled and supposedly ordered part. After two weeks of waiting and not hearing back from him I contacted him to find out when part was coming in and was told it was back ordered. Two weeks later when I contacted him about part I was told it was coming in 2-3 days. After another week went by without hearing from him, I again called and left him a message. He never returned my call and never returned my texts. After not hearing from him for another week - I called another repair company who diagnosed the problem immediately and took care of issue that day.
