EH Remodeling II, Inc.

I had a few estimates before but some were too expensive, some were ethically questionable and others just weren't responsive. Paul of EH Remodeling responded quickly throughout the entire process and asked questions all the others should have asked. There are times you think you know what you want until they ask the right questions. There is so much one should do in choosing all the parts, colors, and other possibilities before even making a call. I had not done that to detail and Paul asked those questions needed in making an appropriate estimate, which I thought was comparable. All the work was done simultaneously, working everyday until it was done. Along the way, there were issues, but he discussed these with me, made tradeoffs in services or adjusted the prices which I agreed to. Thanks to Jim for going out of his way for repairing my threshold; thanks to Paul for taking out an old unused pipe after Jim had already laid the bottom landing around it. When Paul came for the final payment, he first made touchups to things both he and I had noticed before signing off for the project. All in all, Paul, Jim and David were easy to work with and did a great job. I recommend EH Remodeling. Just one thing though, which stops me from doing an A. He did not write things down when he did the estimate. He forgot two things I had requested and told me I never told him. He did apologize, however, and took appropriate measures. Make sure your estimators write all the details down, or email him/her a revised list after they leave.
