replacement windows
+ -1 moreLon Edwards was great to work with for our front door. He was very willing to research different products for us, he was very responsive to our calls and questions, he gave us the best price possible and promptly delivered the door. The door is an absolute knockout! He was great to work with!

replacement windows
+ -1 morevery good overall, found a small tear in one of the screens..called the store and the defective screen was replaced at no charge..
Description of Work: I purchased 18 Soft-lite Imperial LS vinyl windows, (All were insert replacements, 9 fixed small picture windows, 1 awning window, and 8 double hung) and had them installed by an independent contractor. Comments on purchase/window quality only..above price- windows including tax and delivery only...I found the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about his window offerings. Before ordering, he came to the house and consulted with the installer to ensure things went smoothly..slight delay of one week in getting the windows but worth the wait..with the confusing myriad of replacement window choices I did a lot of research and found that softlite, especially their elements and imperial LS lines, are highly regarded among many replacement window installers..very happy with the windows so far..just make sure the installer is good...proper installation is as important as the window quality..also soft-lite segregates their product line to different companies...the higher end imperial ls line, as far as I could tell, is only available through this particular business in the louisville area..highly recommended..
