Description of Work: Backyard pond pump failed after eight years. Not an emergency. The fish in that pond are pretty tough. I called the business and told them this was not an emergency since there was a pandemic going on, but to put me on a list of non-emergencies when they get to it. They came that evening and over the next two nights were able to resolve the problem not to mention the wonderful attitude on the phone and in person, even if 6 feet away.

+ -1 moreThe project consisted of digging up all of the plant material around the pond (no small job), completely tearing down the existing 10 foot pond and 11 foot waterfall and, using the old rocks, new plumbing and new liners, rebuilding the water feature into a pondless waterfall. It was an amazing and totally satisfactory job from start to finish and we could not be more pleased.
Description of Work: Completely deconstructed a pond water feature and turned it into a pondless waterfall water feature.

+ -1 moreDisappointing. The person who came to our house came highly recommended. We knew what we wanted and provided some pictures that came close. Unfortunately, once he started, the pond guy didn't want our input at all. He had a vision for what would be best and that's what we got. Near the beginning of installation we asked him to change one thing...to make it look more natural. He got angry! Another contractor witnessed this and later referenced this as him "having a temper tantrum". When the pond was finished, it was twice as big as we wanted and not the style nor the shape we wanted. We moved some things around ourselves so it's closer now. I guess this pond guy is more like an artist...who is NOT into customer service.
