+ -1 moreFrom September of 2017 to now Dec 2017 the only thing he has done is dig out footers on each end and poured concrete in one side, installed about 30 concrete blocks in one corner and finished one sidewalk. We gave him the amount of money he said upfront which states in contract he needed to get the project started.
Description of Work: 20 by 26 room additions on each end of home.
