ceramic tile
+ -1 moreThe guys were fantastic. They met with me first to really understand the project and had great suggestions. They showed up when they said they would, we're very particular about the quality of their wok, and got the project done on time and budget. I will use them again and recommend to all my friends.
Description of Work: I was turning a screened in porch to a glassed in sunroom. I needed to get the floor tiled. The room was 12 x 14.

+ -1 moreIt went great. Very accommodating scheduling and we worked around our own busy schedules to get the job done.
Description of Work: They re-tiled a shower enclosure and a shower area. the shower enclosure had some 'issues' and they did a good job helping to figure out the best way to approach the situation. the pipes leading up to the on / off valve were put in quite poorly in the past and that resulted in some very non-flat surfaces to tile over. They did a good job getting the situation under control and leaving a good flat surface to install the tile, which they did quickly and professionally. Nothing fancy, just looks good, clean, and just what I asked for.

+ -1 moreAlthough they were recommeded we would not use them again, nor recommed them to anyone else.
Description of Work: Overlayed kitchen with ceramic tile. Initally the job looked very good, two months later we noticed nine cracks various tiles, grout cracking and numerous tiles loose when stepping on them. We called and they came out, and basically said that there was something wrong with the tile. The supplier cameout and looked over the job and floor, He summized that they should have removed existing floor down to the subfloor before laying the tile. They said that they will have to replace the floor. Since then they have answered several calls and delaying any action. Several calls have gone unanswered or failed to return calls when they said that they would. Basically they do not honor any quarantees, or the integrity of their work. We feel that at this point our only option is to seek legal recourse to get our floor fixed right by a reputable tile company, at East End Tile Companies expense. I will not now or ever reccomend this company to do any work in someones home.

+ -1 moreI feel I overspent but the quality was excellent. I feel I could have spent a little less. They were very quick and very professional. In all fairness they did give the quote at the price.
