He met my wife and I 2 days later to show all the pictures with captions of what needs to be done with the house. He was accessible to answer questions and was very professional.

+ -1 moreWe asked for a Sunday appointment because it was the only good weather day in several weeks. Jim had no problem helping us out. He arrived before us and made contact with the owner. He is very thorough in his work. He didn't miss anything. The house is in excellent shape but he still found 50 minor repairs. The report is detailed and he meets with customers to review the findings. We asked him 100's of questions and he gave very detailed answers.

+ -1 moreIt was a great experience over all. Jim was funny, had a great personality, and told us we could call him anytime. I would recommend Jim to anyone that would like to have an inspection performed.
Description of Work: Jim Breslin performed the inspection on the home that we are purchasing. He performed the inspection on a Saturday and encouraged us to come by during the inspection. He explained in detail everything that he found during the inspection. With his help we were able to ask the buyer to repair several things during the negotiation process. Jim even put together a binder, including pictures, of all things that he thought were a concern. He met with us on a Sunday evening at a Starbucks near our current home to discuss everything. I feel that we definitely got our money's worth.
