+ -1 moreOur Air unit had quit functioning and we had company arriving any time. Mr Wise came to the rescue and quickly found and fixed the problem. He was prompt and very efficient. He was able to get the unit running and for all the work he had to do to find the problem his bill was quite reasonable.
Description of Work: Our AC unit wasn't running and the temperature outside was 90+, with a week more of the same predicted. Mr Wise cleaned the unit and all the filters, added freon. Then tracked the problem to a burned out relay. He got us running and suggested ways to keep the unit functioning.

+ -1 moreWe think he's excellent. Very good service, takes care of any problems. He does high quality work, very experienced, and his prices are good. Price reflects new furnace.
Description of Work: He's been doing a lot of things through the years for me. We've used him for 20 years. He's installed furnaces, done furnace repair, serviced air conditioners and installed them. He has also repaired old furnaces that were like conversion furnaces. He's done a lot.

+ -1 moreI was overall satisfied with the service but I think they were a little pricey. I would use this company only after I checked around to find a better price. If someone else is cheaper I would not use them again. They are always friendly and the service is great they just don't have reasonable prices.
Description of Work: The fan had stopped working on my outside air conditioning unit. He came and opened the unit replaced the fan and closed it back up again.
