Great customer service. Arrived on time. Communicated throughout the entire process with the designer. The workers worked really hard. I never saw them stop or stand around. They were friendly and accommodating.

I contacted Dwyer and Michael Duncan called me back. We went over everything I wanted and we set up an appointment for him to show me some designs. He rescheduled that appointment, but we did meet at a later time. The plan was sort ok, but needed more work. We set up another appointment a week later. Michael called to cancel it and said he would get back to me to reschedule. I never heard back from him. I called a couple of times, but let it go because I don't want a contractor working for me if he doesn't want the job.

Dwyer was outstanding to work with, they started on time, finished on time, worked well with subcontractors and our landscape architect. The work was completed in a quality manner and they took care to minimize the disruption to the rest of our yard. They quickly addressed any issues, including the replacement of a tree, which survived last winter but was not doing well... I would highly recommend Dwyer to anyone who is considering a major landcape/hardscape project. Their management staff is outstanding in their professionalism and understanding of how to get the job done.

Pat is a good friend. He is very detailed orientated and he is a perfectionist with what he does. Several of his crew have been with him for many years which makes a difference. His work is all over Louisville. You can always look at a landscaping job and know which one Dwyer has done. Their service is excellent!

They were very professional, on-time and pleasant. I have since hired them for 4 other projects and those good traits were present with all jobs. It is easy to recommend this company to friends.

They are excellent. I normally investigate all the companies that work on my property. They are well-mannered and professionally dressed. I like their attention to detail. I have a historical home, which is over 160 years old. The grounds have to be taken very good care of. They do an excellent job.

Over the course of the last 12 months, this company has designed an outdoor living space and oversaw the project. We were very pleased with the work of Dwyer's as well as their contractors. We also have Dwyer's do our weekly lawn maintenance. (last two years) We are very happy with their efficiency and eye for details. People comment about our yard since they have taken over the work from the previous lawn care contractor. There were a couple of minor issues with a section of lights and with the new gas grill. The owner, Pat Dwyer, was easy to work with and had both issues addressed in a very timely manner. We have enjoyed working with this company and we are considering another large project for our yard next year, simply because our experience with them was so positiv

THEY DO GOOD WORK, THEY'RE NEAT AND CLEAN. WE'VE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. I'VE NOT CHECKED WITH OTHER COMPANIES SO SOMETIMES I WONDER IF THE LABOR MIGHT BE A LITTLE CHEAPER WITH OTHER COMPANIES. IT MIGHT BE FINE BUT I DON'T KNOW. WE LIKED THE FINISHED JOB. WE'RE HAPPY WITH IT.
