DRAIN MASTER

It took two days to get the entire job done. I was a little bothered by that, as I had to take two afternoons off from work. I had initially requested that the job be done in one whole day, but emergencies came up that prevented him from doing that. He pointed out a flaw with one of the products that I had bought before installation and allowed us time to go and get a replacement, which was a great point in his favor. He is very honest and has very reasonable prices for his repair work. His work pace is not hurried, but neither was it long and drawn out. He does work by the hour or by the job. In my case, it was more like ''by the job'' rather than hourly. I did have a couple of issues with the toilet installations, and when I called him back with questions, he never returned the calls. I finally figured out how to do the repairs myself, and they were minor, but it still bothered me that he never returned the calls. Come to think of it, he was hard to get a hold of initially too!

THE DRAIN WAS CLEARED. THE WATER USED TO FILL UP. YOU USED TO BE KNEE DEEP IN WATER, BUT AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE IT WAS PERFECTLY FINE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
