Dr Windows

Very responsive when requesting service, quote back asap. Whoever did the quote came when the house was being painted, so they knew that extra work would be needed. Gentlemen arrived on time and started work asap. The actual cleaning of the windows was not that good, edged are smeared, spots in the middle of glass and a window grid was knocked out of window and broke, below said window there was mark on the wall from ladder. When I brought it to their attention they painted the wall but could replace the grid as it needed repair. I had a wedding and rehearsal dinner at my house this last weekend and wanted every pristine. I have four sets of french door upstairs and three downstairs, both floors enter to patio's that were going to be used for events. I had to take the time to redo "all" these doors. I did not have time for this chore. I emailed "Dr Window" asking for my receipt and told him of my issues, no response. "DONE"

John Daley showed up on time to wash our windows. He was both personable and professional. We were extremely pleased with the results obtained at a reasonable price. He really took the time to safeguard the work area and paid attention to detail. He did a wonderful job! We saw the ad for Dr. windows in the Courier Journal. The owner, Jim Kochran is located in MI. He provided a prompt quote and description of services. The only negative was not honoring the 10% Senior Discount, advertised on Angie's List. When I asked for the discount, after we received the quote for the job, he said, *All of our quotes have the 10% off included - We have extended that for everyone in 2014. So in my mind, same price for everyone, no Senior Discount... A little disappointing.........

The experience went very well. They were prompt and they did what they said they would do. We were pleased with the price. They were very professional.

I responded to an insert Ad in Sun paper. Thought I was dealing with a local company. Turned out Dr. Windows located in Michigan Sub Contracts the work with so called local persons. Only the washer lived in Louisville.... 100 miles away. He was thorough. I just felt that I was mislead about who the company is. If the window washer lived in near Lexington, I would call back to correct a few things, But I won't ask a man to drive 100 miles each way.
