The crew was on time and did an excellent job. The tree had to be climbed for the limbs to be removed due to the tree's location. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up the debris. We would definitely call them again!!

It went good. Had a weather delay, can't control Mother Nature, and an equipment delay, but all services were completed as we agreed before they started.

They came 1 hour after initial phone call with the estimate, which the best out of 3 & excellent I might add. They started working the next day. 4 large oak trees removed, grounded all stumps, & removed all debris. They were prompt, professional, fast and cleanup was great. Everything was completed in just 2 days. I would highly recommend there service to anyone. Way to go too all these men.

They did an outstanding job. They were professional punctual and courteous. They did not damage the surrounding trees which was a challenge. They cleaned up the site great. They grinded the stumps. They gave me a fair price. No surprises. Completed the large job in 2 days as they said they would. I would use them again.

They did a wonderful job. They came within a day to give me the quote. The price was really fair. We scheduled a day and they arrived right on time. They did a beautiful job taking down the trees and cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely hire them again.

DM Tree service did a great job. They removed the tree without any complications. This was a very difficult job due to phone, cable lines, neighbors houses, and fences close to the tree.

We had a neighbor's big pine tree fall in our back yard in a storm. I called DM Tree Service for an estimate, and they were able to come by a few hours later that same day to give me one. Plus, they told me they could fit me in quickly. I had called lots of tree companies, most were booked up for even estimates, but I did get two estimates. DM was the lowest, and could fit us in. I read their other good reviews on Angie's List. Gerber Dubon and his crew of five men total showed up ready to work slightly before the appointed time, and got right on it. They even did some small limb trimming (so that they could get their two trucks down our driveway) and didn't charge us. We had a huge tree down, and they got the job done, for what I thought was a fair price considering the scope of the job. Also included in the estimate was two fallen limbs caught up high in the canopy of another tree in our back yard. They got those too. I would recommend DM. They were efficient and fair and hard-working.

Gerber Dubon with DM Trees gave me a quote on Tuesday afternoon and was here the next morning at 8:30. They were done in 1 hour and cleaned up all debris. I felt I was given a very fair quote and gave them a nice tip for doing such a timely, outstanding job! I would highly recommend them. Kristi S.

We were in need of the removal of 2 very tall trees from our backyard. They were almost dead and in danger of falling onto our home in a bad storm. Several friends offered recommendations for companies. We also checked Angies List and called several more companies to get estimates. Gerver Dubon was referred to us by our lawn fertilization company, and we could not be more pleased. Most of the companies we called either did not follow through with giving us an estimate or simply ignored us all together. Gerver not only answered my call, but came out the very same day to give us an estimate. We waited for several days to try and get more estimates, but were very disappointed in the other tree services we had contacted in Louisville. Once I gave Gerver the go ahead, he was ready to do the job the next day. The rainy weather delayed work for a few days, but he and his crew were out on the 3rd day. The crew of 4-5 people arrived at 8:30am and was finished by 230pm. I watched as they cut down the tree, and they were very careful. They cut down 2 trees, removed all debris, and grinded both stumps level to the ground. My backyard is very steep, so I know this was challenging. My husband says you cannot even tell there were trees there. This is a small, growing company of very hard workers. I would highly recommend them for any tree services! They are out of Fairdale, but work in Louisville, too. Give them a try...you will be as happy and satisfied as we are!
