satellite tv service
+ -1 moreI had Dish TV installed and within a few days, found that it was unsatisfactory for a number of reasons: Picture disappeared in the rain, remote almost impossible to figure out and use, my Roku nor Amazon Prime will not stream movies with it, the picture and sound often breaks up. To discontinue service they wish to charge me $480. My understanding that, even though the service is not up to industry standards, one is not allowed to cancel it without a very large pay-off. This certainly seems unethical; standard consumer service dictates that items must perform satisfactorily or returned to the provider for no, or at least, as minimal charge. Not so with Dish TV.
