+ -1 moreHumberto gave us a very reasonable quote, did the work on time, and contacted us throughout the process we were traveling during the time. The floors were done very professionally and gleam. The carpet on the stairs is like new. We could not be more satisfied with this very professional and quality work.
Description of Work: We moved into a 110 year old house with original wood floors in very poor condition and carpet marred with the previous owner's dog stains. The floors needed to be cleaned and waxed and the carpet deeply cleaned particularly the stairs.

+ -1 moreHumberto Olivas is the owner of the company and did the work himself. He provided estimates in a timely manner, and gave me detailed descriptions of what was included in the estimates. The carpets were cleaned beautifully, and his attention to detail in the full house cleaning was amazing; much better results than we've ever gotten using other cleaning services. We were preparing the condo to sell, and the walls and woodwork looked bad enough we were convinced we'd need to paint the entire thing, but by the time Humberto finished the cleaning job our need to paint was significantly reduced. I would highly recommend this company for carpet and other cleaning work.
Description of Work: This company provided carpet cleaning throughout the house, as well as a full, thorough cleaning service including: Two bathrooms including tile floor, kitchen & laundry room linoleum, detailed kitchen cleaning including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, wiping down pantry shelves and kitchen cabinets, windows, patio doors, mirrors, polished wood floor, cleaned woodwork and walls throughout the house, power-washed two patios, removed globes on light fixtures and cleaned them, wiped down shelves in several closets.
