 + -1 moreThey did a fantastic job on the tint. Couldn't be happier. Fast, efficient and did exactly what was promised. When I start considering Bluetooth stereos for hands free options, they'll be at the top of the list.
Description of Work: Tint was peeling off of the driver side window and had faded considerably on both front windows on my 2009 Jetta. After some research and debate, it was decided we'd go here for the work.

Description of Work: Installation of head unit fits perfectly in dash as do the front door speakers. I've since had them install rear door speakers after just dropping in and since they had time they did it while I waited. I think their installation team is excellent. They also have a wide range of stock on hand.

 + -1 moreI was able to purchase a nicer, and more expensive, stereo here than I would have been able to afford at competitive providers in the area, for a much smaller bill due to the affordable labor rates quoted to me. The service was prompt, professional, courteous and honest. The installer took extra time to demonstrate the features after the install and went above and beyond to make certain that every detail was perfect. I have not experienced such a high level of customer service in any other transactions. Not only will I return for future automotive enhancements, I will encourage all of my friends to give this company their patronage. What a great experience!

Description of Work: Was given a remote start system for Christmas. Looked on the manufactures website and this business was one of the authorized dealers. They had a lot of trouble installing my system. So much so that they said my trailer hitch plug was causing a short and keeping the remote start from working. So they clipped my trailer hitch wires. So needless to say I had to take my truck to Dukes A&W. They replaced the hitch plug which they said tested fine and repaired the wires. You guessed it, the remote start wouldn't work then. Finally I took the truck to Roberts Mobile Audio in Middletown. They found and fixed the improper installation of the remote start in little over an hour and all is well. Trailer hitch plug was not the issue. So now $250 and many hours of my time later everything is fine. Don't get me wrong, everyone there was nice enough and I had them install some speakers as well and they did a good job. It was just obvious troubleshooting the remote start was over their heads so they pointed the finger at something else and started clipping. Suggest Roberts Audio for the more technical stuff.
