They were a good company. The fabrication was custom and they did clean work. They were very informative and helpful.

From the very 1st day when we met for an estimate, Keith Diehl, the owner of the company, personally showed up to do the estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to assess what the job would take and to explain every aspect of what would need to be done and how it would be done. He explained in detail the history of his company and was willing to provide references of work he had completed for others. He described the equipment he would be using and provided written information and brochures. He promised a written estimate within 24 hrs and delivered it personally the next day. The estimate for services outlined specific models, brand name of equipment to be used, energy ratings of equipment, and he was very knowledgeable of the available tax incentives available from the Federal and State agencies for equipment. He outlined the time needed to complete the project and promised to make every effort to accomodate our work schedules, His proposal was the best of a total of 5 in price, quality of equipment and the professionalism demonstrated from day 1. After agreeing to the proposal, a start date and a finish date was discussed and the work started and finished as promised. His staff was courteous, friendly, and demonstrated the utmost in professionalism and craftsmanship. They were very conscious of our personal belongings in our home while the worked was being done and always cleaned up any debris and waste as they worked and took it with them at the end of the day. Considering the kind of work that needed to be done, cutting holes in every room into plaster and sheetrock, they did an excellent job of containing dust and dirt. Our home was left in the same condition at the end of a day as it was when they arrived.. They used quality tools and equipment and came prepared for the tasks scheduled for that phase of the job. Every phase and aspect of the work was personally supervised and approved by Keith Diehl before the next phase was started. The project was started on date promised and completed on agreed date as promised. Considering the fact that this was a completely new installation of a central heat and air conditioning system and all the neccessary ductwork where one had never existed before, it was started and completed with the least amount of disruption to our schedule and life that could ever have been expected. After the installation was complete, Keith personally took the time to demonstrate the entire system and operation of system and of the programmable thermostat. He provided all the documentation that came with each piece of equipment for our records and assisted us with filing the warranty information to the manufacturers, including model and serial numbers off the equipment. And as if that wasn't enough, he came by 3 days later to check up with us as to how our new system was working and if we were satisfied with everything that was done, and he did another complete inspection of the entire system before he left and he has called periodically since then to make sure everything is ok. Considering the scope of the project we were having done, we had resigned ourself to have to deal with many more problems and interruptions in our scheduling and personal time than ever presented themselves. I WOULD RECCOMEND DIEHL HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING to ANYONE WHO VALUES THEIR TIME and MONEY and HOME AS MUCH AS WE DO. WE ARE ENJOYING OUR NEW AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM NOW AND ARE ACTUALLY LOOKING FORWARD to the WARMTH WE WILL HAVE THIS WINTER. NOT TO MENTION THE MONEY WE ARE ALREADY SAVING ON OUR UTILITY BILLS. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AWESOME FROM START TO FINISH. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GIVE THEM A CALL. YOU WON'T BE SORRY.
