Jose did most of the brickwork and his work ethic was pretty impressive. He would sometimes work long hours to finish up the days work and I would bring him a pitcher of ice water to help him get through the long hot days. Hector was also very nice and helped break down the language barrier which was minimal.

We purchased a home that needed A LOT of clean up in the yard! After a terrible experience with another landscaper (not from Angie's List) who took $1,000 deposit and did none of the work, we turned to Angie's List to find a new landscaper. Diego and his crew have been a pleasure to work with. The job was probably much larger than initially anticipated but they have worked long hours and had great communication along the way. Diego is quick to return calls or come over if we have any questions or want to discuss any of the project. He did not expect payment until the project is complete and his customers are happy. We had a lot of materials that needed to be purchased for our project (sod, rocks, mulch, etc) so we did end up giving him a small payment (not even half of the job cost) after he had already put 2 weeks of solid work into our yard, which we were more than comfortable with doing. We would definitely recommend Diego to anyone looking for an honest and hard working crew for landscaping and masonry jobs!!

money back. Would never, never recommend him or his crew. Most of his work is done in very expensive neighborhoods and I just have to feel certain that he has taken advantage of his clients. For sure I feel he in fact did that to me while professing that he gave me such a deal. Be aware of him and his crew.Fence his workers put driveway sealer on for paint because they could not read the English and there was no one present giving them supervision. The cracks have resurfaced in basement . The concrete patio that was poured was not leveled and water is puddling on it. He put some sort of resurfacing material over the concrete work saying that would fix the problem That has now started chipping up. This whole project was a disaster from the beginning. Initially he said he would make everything right, but has not and at this point I am prepared to take him to court to get my funds reimbursed.Absolutely awful. Paint coming off of home, surface not prepared before painting. This was verified by both the paint manufacture and another painting firm. Very, very dissatisfied.

Diego, Francisco, Christofo and all the team were punctual and worked hard each day of the project. They even worked through rain showers when possible! When we encountered 1 or 2 minor changes that needed to be made, Mr. Carmona adjusted immediately to meet our needs. He and his staff worked diligently to make certain we'd be happy with the new flagstone patio at each step of the job. Our patiio is GORGEOUS - we wish we could post some pictures of it! They gave me a verbal estimate. I thought that it was a good estimate but at the time decided not to do the work.

As stated above, I'm delighted with the end result, as well as his ability to start so soon after we close the deal. His crew not only cleaned up their own mass, I think they power washed my front porch leaving it in better shape than they found it. Based on this very positive experience, I am definitely considering him for additional masonry work, as well as some landscaping projects.

He was prompt and very polite. He had some ideas that he was going to incorporate. He was very courteous and well-mannered. It's the lowest bid we had so far so we are probably going to call him back when we scrape up the money. He was very professional and very customer service oriented. It was a fair price. He seemed to know what he was doing but he hasn't done any work yet. He showed up exactly when he said he would.

Christino and his crew were very hard working, efficient, and courteous. They worked long days to get the job job as promised.. Christino made suggestions about other ways to do the brick outline after my husband voiced concerns about the brick overpowering the flagstone look. Christino offered to cut each brick on a diagonal twice so that the outline was 1/3 the size of the brick. Even though it meant a lot more time and labor-he did not add to the quote. The river rock they placed around the walkways looks great as well. The project turned out beautiful. The crew did an awesome job cleaning up after they were done-they power washed the entire driveway.

I first met Diego several years ago, when I went looking for someone to do fall yard cleanup at my home. I found him and his crew in Indian Hills. I asked him to come to my home and give me an estimate. He came that day, gave me an estimate of about half of what i spent in previous years with other yard guys, and brougth his crew over the same day. They were amazing! A perfect job.In talking to Diego Carmona, the owner, he told me that they also specialized in masonry. The following spring, (2011), I got an estimate from him and his partner Christino Acuna to take up the brick walk in front of my house, and using the same bricks, rebuild it. The walk was about thirty feet long, curved and stepped. The estimate was one half of the only other estimate I received. It was a perfect job!This year (2012) I asked them to give me an estimate for rebuilding and expanding a brick patio that was built in 1963. The estimate was approximately half of the only other estimate I recieved. They supplied the extra brick for the expanded area - old brick that was a perfect match - and some design help for small walls and curves in the patio. Again a perfect job.Diego and Christino are professional, respectful, creative, and manage a crew of incredibly hard working guys. They know what they are doing, (our patio project was complicated by slope and rain run off considerations), they show up on time and are very quick to finish a job.Finally, i should say that my neighbor across the street, after seeing our new patio contracted Diego and Christino to build a brick patio in her back yard. The before and after is amazing. She's thrilled.
