DIAL ONE PEST CONTROL

They've always been responsive if I've called. They come out once a year. We've had termites; they sprayed for those. So, they're out once a year to check on that. I guess it's been a year or two ago, we had mice in the attic and they came right out on that. So, they're out once a year checking on the termites. The quality was good. They were right out. The yearly thing had been $100 a year. They'll come out and look around everything and make sure they're not back.

I think the substance they used to kill them is supposed to last 5 years. I have to call them and say that we are through with the 5 year contract and now what is going to happen. They are due for another inspection next month. We haven’t any more problems. It’s been 5 years and as far as I know there are no active termites around. I am satisfied with that. They seem like professional, pleasant and courteous people. I don’t have any complaints. I thought that the price was reasonable because I don’t remember being upset. We had one man come out one year who didn’t seem all that professional to me but I think that’s just his personality but all the other time it was pretty good.

I observed that I had a termite issue, that had developed in the baseboard of the office in my home. I asked one of my neighbors who she used, and if she was happy with the service she had. She told me she had been using Dial One for 20 years, and had never had an issue with them, trusted them, and still used them now. So, the next day I called Dial One, and discussed the problem, and we set up a time for an inspection. The inspection was very thorough, and thankfully only one area of infestation was found. The inspector, went to his truck and came back and made measurements around the house, and came in and sat down to talk about the situation. I never felt any pressure to purchase the services. The services were offered in a clear and straight forward manner, that made very clear what was going to be treated, and how. I wasn't asked to make any decision at that time, but to look over the paperwork, and if I was satisfied with the offer to just give them a call and my treatment date would be set up. I called the next day, and a treatment date was set. I wasn't able to be home, but my son told me that they were right on time, for the service, and even did all of it in one day, instead of the estimated two days that i was told. I was overall extremely satisfied with the service I was provided, and have been recommending Dial One to everyone that I know who was in the position of needing pest control service, and didn't have ANY idea who to call that I could trust. I plan to continue to use them for any residence that I ever live in, as long as I am in this area.

We have used them for about 25 years. We have not had any problems with them. They do what they are supposed to do. We have not had any problem with termites or any other insects. We have been insect free. We have been satisfied with them and we do not need to change. They come, do their work, and are gone. After all these years I just have to rate him high overall.

I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY HAD REASONABLE PRICE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND BECAUSE OF PROFESSIONALISM AND HOW COURTEOUS THEY WERE. THEY WOULD COME CHECK ON ME WHEN IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
