We purchased this remodeled home from DF Development. The pre-purchase inspectors were all impressed with the craftsmanship and the investment in the project. Shortcuts were clearly not taken. The first year in the home, there were some issues that cropped up. Each time, DF sent a crew over to fix the issue. In one case, the crew identified some related damage from a small leak from a pan under the unit in the attic. They took considerable time to fix the underlying cause and return the area to pristine condition. We had a concern over pipe along an outside wall being unusually sensitive to freezing. A crew was sent, adding additional insulation to protect the pipes. This past winter we had no issues. The contractor promised to return if their fix didn't work. I have absolute confidence that would have happened if needed. Our experience is that this contractor goes the extra mile to provide quality and craftsmanship and also to make sure the new owner is 100% satisfied.
