I purchased a Big Deal for screen door replacement. I thought that it meant that they were going to replace the entire door, but when I spoke with the provider, he told me it was only good for the screens on existing doors.

The completed job was GREAT just like the time before. Very professional, knowledgeable of their products & services; and very aware of your personal time. The duo team work as one and get things done effectively and efficiently. They offered to moved furniture and place things back in the manner they were found before starting. All my windows were spotless considering all the snow and winter weather that came with a vengence. I enjoyed their personal touch of making you feel like an old friend came over to help clean, although no pizza was laid out after they finished. LOL!!! I would definitely suggest using DC Brook over and over for doing those tidal jobs you hate doing yourself. Great job..great price...why would you want anyone else??!!! Thk for the excellent job!!!!

DC Brock Window Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning the interior and exterior of our windows. In addition, they replaced the aging screens inside our existing frames... and, as an unexpected bonus, they cleaned all of our mirrors. My family was surprised at how much of an improvement these two services made to our home. From outside, with the clean windows and new screens, it looks like we installed new windows. From inside the house we have that clean appearance that we did not realize we missed. We were extreamly pleased. Communications was excellent. Friendliness and attitude were refreshing. I would highly recommend this company!

Chris and his wife were wonderful! They were professional, friendly and respectful of my home while they were cleaning inside and out. Chris even removed stains on my kitchen bay window (from a toddler spraying laminate cleaner) that my monthly cleaning company hadn't been able to remove in months. I'll use them again and recommend them to friends & family.

The job went very well! They were quick and efficient. They did an outstanding job.

I used a Big Deal coupon to have 5 screens replaced for $79.00. Since my screens are oversized, there was an additional charge of $10.00. The owner contacted me the next day to make an appointment. The day of the appointment he called to advise me that he would be 15 minutes late. He and his helper removed the screens, installed new screening, rehung the screens and disposed of the waste. They were courteous, efficient and completed the work in about 75 minutes. This saved me the time and trouble of hauling the screens to and from a hardware store. I'm very pleased and would use this company again.

As it turned out, they only repaired screens in a removable "frame" (such as a door or window screen frame) that could be taken back to their shop - I'd wanted them to repair a screen on-site in my covered screened patio so that didn't work out. They also balked at coming over the river to my Sellersburg address (think they wanted to wait and try to schedule it around when they'd have other work in the southern Indiana area). When they didn't return my last phone call to try and schedule a time that would work, I gave up and the offer expired. I had the wondows cleaned by another Angie's List provider who didn't have DC Brock's scheduling issues and could work around my schedule (never did find a provider, on Angie's List or otherwise who would repair screens in place, i.e., outside of a removable frame). The galling thing was that after the offer expired (in Jan 13 I believe), the provider finally called me back the month following - not to try and schedule an appointment but to ask if I could call to tell them when they had performed my service, as they thought they'd performed the service but couldn't remember when and had no record of it (here's a hint: because they never called me back or came out).

This company is owned by a husband and wife, and they do the work themselves. On the day of my appointment, they called to say that they had a previous cancellation and wanted to know if they could on out and start on my house, which was fine with me. They were both very personable and did an excellent job in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again.
