We service the Louisville area and surrounding communities and will drive further if need be, gas surcharge may apply. Extended hours are offered for our customers to save them from missing work, usual summer times are 10AM to 8PM. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. If your house has algae, mildew and dirt collecting on exterior surfaces our pressure/soft washing service can bring it back to it’s former glory. Dirty driveway, sidewalks and pool decks will look brand new again. I only use the most trusted, modern and safe techniques with high end equipment, no dangerous high pressure is used on siding. DC Brock saves you from having to transport your ripped, old and faded screens to your local hardware store and paying double the price. We come to your house, remove the screens, re-screen them with top quality screen and spline and put them back in the windows. Most windows screens do not exceed 32" in width however we carry extended sizes if needed. ‘Above and Beyond’ is our motto because you should get the best service that you pay for. Services we offer

Full external residential house washing including soffits, gutters, siding, porches and dormers. Surface cleaning of driveways, walkways, pool decks and patios. Mold, mildew and algae removal from surfaces. Repair of torn window, door and first floor porch screens. We remove and reinstall screens and all work is done on site. Rates are comparable to hardware store prices without the hassle. Cleaning of modern residential windows up to two stories. Sills and screen cleaning included in price.

Services we don't offer

Any windows above 2 1/2 stories unless can be done from inside. Cleaning blinds. We do not make screens. Cleaning hanging chandeliers. Gutter clean-out.

Description of Work: They are better at window cleaning than gutter cleaning. They we not prepared to clean our gutters, in fact they needed to borrow our leaf vacuum to do the gutter cleaning. But they did the job and it was perform to our satisfaction.

Unfortunately , I don't have similar kind of service provider in my area. it was Angies list fault to show this deal in my account and I realized that this service provider doesn't provide service in my area . Description of Work: DC cleaned exterior of all windows (30 total for all 3 floors) and doors (3 patio door sets and 2 single glass doors). They also re screened 2 patio doors with higher quality gauge screens than existing material. Description of Work: On site re-screening of two of my patio doors. The did a great job for me and went above and beyond removing a screen door grill I had installed as reinforcement because I have three dogs. The grill had been riveted on but Chris worked with it and finally got it off. I had absolutely no problem with this job and would highly recommend them to anyone needing window cleaning or on-site re-screening. I would definitely use them again in the future. Very nice and professional.

You called to cancel on the 2nd floor job. If we did an extra screen without permission..we are sorry. We often throw in some freebies for our customers. We really don't have to push our re-screening work on anyone as we are the only provider that does it on-site and we're very reasonable with our pricing.
