DC Brock arrived about 45 minutes later than scheduled, but they called and sated they would be a little late. The two came in with big smiles on their faces, shook my hand and started to work. We had used a special on Angie's List for 20 windows for $89 and then they said they would be glad to do the HUGE palladium windows at the top for an additional $30. They were very professional, but down to earth at the same time. Without even telling us, they went upstairs and did the two double windows upstairs. We have a huge house and we weren't going to worry about them, since we're moving. They were like the cheshire cat, with grins on their faces, letting me know the upstairs was done, too! I highly recommend this company. Small business owner, honest and with integrity. Besides all of these accolades................they did a GREAT job on the windows!!!! I will absolutely utilize them again and certainly will recommend them to anyone who needs windows cleaned. Thanks Angie's List for the great job you do allowing us to find this lovely couple.

My windows and sliding glass door to my lenai, and mirrors and chandelierre were all cleaned. The experience was very pleasant. Both Mr Brock and his assistant were very helpful and did an excellent job.

They got right to work and had a good system ,wasted no time and moved easily from task to task. They had all equipment they needed. It was wonderful to have screens redone on site. They recommended the second one and did not even charge me for it. I felt very comfortable having them in the house and will have them back next time for sure.

After setting up the appointment, they called to confirm, then arrived on time and did a great job!

The coupon was 20 windows for $89. they did the rest of our windows for $5 a window for a total of $50.00. They were easy to schedule, on time, fast workers and did a great lob. We couldn't be happier. We highly recommend them.

The Angie's deal was bought and quickly we set a date for window cleaning and possible gutter. I was not sure of how many windows we had but described them as "a lot". When the man and woman arrived they quickly counted windows and gave me an updated price. This was fine, even less than I expected. My dogs were excited but when released the people were very calm and went about their work with a few pats to the dogs as they moved about the house. They worked well together in a professional manner and offered to repair 2 window screens. When I saw how well the screens looked I quickly included other screens and the 3 sliding door screens that my vision impaired dog had plowed right through. Everything was cleaned up with any mess and it was all so easy.

they arrived on time and got right to work. they were very thorough ad even went above and beyond what was asked of them. they were very professional and the windows look great! I will be calling them again for re-screening because their prices on those are the best around as well. Great company!!!

Chris called saying they would be 1/2 hour late.......which I appreciated. They showed up with all their equiptment, had the windows spic &span without any mess. They were personable and friendly with us and our pet cat's. When they left it didn't look like anyone was here except for my diamond clean windows.

We called DC Brock Window Cleaning to see if they would be able to wash our windows before our house guests were scheduled to arrive. Chris was very courteous on the phone when he returned our call. Given the excellent reviews they have received on Angie's List, we fully expected to have to wait for a couple of weeks. To our delight, they had finished another job not far from our home and were willing to fit us in the same day! Chris and Angie arrived right on time and ready to work. They were very personable and were kind enough to answer our questions. They were very thorough, conscientious, and took great pride in their work. They made all of our windows sparkle! Chris and Angie even cleaned a couple of our mirrors and removed debris from a very high ledge for us. We would not hesitate to hire Chris and Angie again!

DC Brock called to schedule work ahead of time and showed up on date and time scheduled. Performed work in friendly and professional manner, paying attention to detail. Windows clean and sparkly. Came back to clean gutter screens as agreed to. In cost comparisons to other separate window cleaning or gutter cleaning service contractors, DC Brock's cost was very reasonable and competitive. In considering both services together, DC Brock's cost was less. However, the uality of services and work performed was equal to or better than other contractors. I would recommend DC Brock's window cleaning and gutter cleaning services without reservation. I will be using DC Brock again for my window and gutter cleaning home needs.

Used the $89 special. Called and they were able to come out the following Monday. They did a great job cleaning the windows inside and out. My windows were quite dirty and they look great now. They even cleaned out a dirty gutter while they were up cleaning high windows without extra charge.

Our window s are clean! We purchased the Angie's List Deal a few weeks back knowing that after our renovation project on our older home was winding down, the windows would need some cleaning. Truthfully, they needed cleaning when we first moved in, so the remodel only added to the challenge. Chris did a great job! His arrival was delayed just a bit, but he called ahead of time to let us know he was running behind. That is a courtesy that goes a long way in our book, being respectful of our time. In looking at the fine print of the deal, it stated that storm windows would count as 2, which seemed reasonable and we were willing to leave a few of the easier-to-reach windows undone. In adding it all up, I think that Chris went over the total for our deal (25 double hung windows), but he said that he couldn't stand to leave us with a crummy view out just another window or two (or three or so). In addition to the window cleaning, Chris did let us know about some concerns with the windows that he found in the course of his work for us. Again, this older home wasn't treated as well as by the previous owner as we plan to care for it. Chris helped us out in that regard. Our deal was a great value and we highly recommend DC Brock Window Cleaning.

I was pleased that when a date was set they came at the time and date agreed on. The brought their own equipment, only getting water from my house. There was no mess left for me to clean up and the windows were clean, without streaks when they were done.

The Brock's did a very good job on my windows. They are very hard to get to in some places. They also replaced some of my hail damaged screens. It's really great to look out clean windows again. Thanks again for the great job.
