They said it would be fine to leave the windows outside and they would come by and re-screen them I did. Then they did. Smooth as silk.

The cleaning and screen replacement went very well. I was very much pleased with the fast and efficient service. I was also very much pleased with the friendly and professional manner in which everything was done. I would, and have, recommended this service to friends, and I will continue to recommend them. I also plan to have them back for more work at my home. The pricing is also very reasonable!

I purchased a "Big Deal" without realizing that, deep in the fine print, it says that they don't do screens for screened-in porches. Angie and Chris were very friendly. They called me promptly after I purchased the Big Deal to set an appointment up. They confirmed again in the morning and arrived on time. They were very friendly and apologetic about not doing the kind of work I wanted done (my screens don't come down, so need to be rescreened in-place, which they don't do.) They helped me to get a refund and even referred me to other local companies that do the type of work I was looking for. I was very, very pleased with their responsiveness and courtesy and professionalism. If I ever need someone to do the type of work they actually do, they will be at the top of the list.

This company is a two person team. They were on-time, professional and did an excellent job in cleaning my windows (inside and out) of my house. They even took the time to clean every window sill also. All the windows in my house look GREAT!

I called DC Brock after seeing them rated so highly on Angie's List. We set up a mutually convenient date and they arrived, surveyed the job, and gave me a satisfactory price. I asked them to do the job and they did it better and faster than other window washers I have hired. When they had done such a great job, I asked them to look at our shower door which we squeegie every day and clean every few weeks but which still looked cloudy. Angie went in and used a few products which she told me about so I could get them before they return next year. The shower door looks like new as do the windows! They also provide a service where they come in the fall to clean the windows outside and I will be calling them for that. It's not a full window cleaning - just kind of a spruce-up as I understand it. I will definitely be calling them for that and for all my window cleaning needs. Angie & Chris arrived punctually. We were having work done inside on 2nd floor so it was agreed they would do work on lower level & return for upper level at a later date. Despite the chaotic situation they did a nice job of cleaning g windows & some areas of gutters. Even replaced the torn screen in a sliding patio door ( for nominal add'l fee). As they do not live in the vicinity they will return to complete project when they have another job in this area.

I purchased a BIG DEAL last Sept which expired in December. Yet they still honored it for me. They did a great job for us, as we had ignored our windows for the past few years and they were filthy, cobwebs, etc. They were professional and courteous.

They cleaned 30+ windows in our home. They did them all by hand. Then cleaned out some downspouts that we were having issues with.

Overall the job was done very professionally and thoroughly. Both Chris and Angie were hard working and pleasant to be around.

We had 4 screens re-screened. I called to make an appt to have it done, and they were able to come out the same day to do it! The gentleman who did the repairs was really nice. He did a great job and it didn't take him long at all. I will definitely use them again.

They were prompt. They did what they came to do, they did it in one day and their work was okay. The windows were cleaner than what they were when they left. I would probably not use them in the future.

Pleasant and professional from scheduling through cleaning and delivery of screens taken for repair. On time and reasonably priced. Will use again, and I have recommened co. to several other without hesitation.

The entire experience was very professional. They explained in advance what services that they intended to perform. The work was completed in a very timely fashion. They were at my home for appoximately three hours and were very professional in their approach to perform all the duties. All work was professionally done and met all my expectations. I will use this company again and again, as long as they will be there. They called immediately and I set an appointment. They arrived on time and they did a wonderful job. Was not here that long, but my windows have never been cleaner. They noticed a screen that was damaged and asked if I wanted it fixed. I knew the screen was damaged, but I didn't know they fixed screens also. Can't tell. So professionally done. People, use this company. You won't be disappointed.

The company did a nice job. They were punctual and very friendly. They were quiet as they worked although they were extremely personable and completed the work eficiently. There were a couple of wipe-ups that I had to make on the window frames once I inspected the work but other than that I have no major complaints. I would use them again.

They came to house and cleaned all windows we wanted done and worked in a very professional way. very happy with what they did.

We hired them via a coupon on angies list for gutter and window cleaning. The cupon was very clear on for what we were paying. Once at our house, we asked them for an estimate on additioanl window and storm window cleaning. They were very reasional so we hired them on the spot. They never did any type of up-selling.

I purchased a Big Deal they offered. When I contacted them to schedule the service, they came out the same day and performed the work. This is an owner/operator and he was very friendly and decided to throw in a couple extra screen replacements at no additional charge. He was very efficient and did a great job. I will use him again for any other window screen replacements I need in the future.

Everything was great! It makes such a difference having clean windows and fresh screens. They were professional and pleasant to work with. We were VERY HAPPY with the results, and will definitely be calling them again!

Their service was great. They were very timely; they came when they said they were going to come. They were very thorough in the work they did for us. We had no complaints.
