D.C. Brock Exterior Cleaning

Angie and Chris for the 2nd year in a row provided outstanding customer service and quality from the very first scheduling phone call to the final completion of the Big Deal. Weather interfered with our scheduling multiple times but they proactively communicated any rescheduling and worked with me to accommodate my own schedule. I will again be using these two outstanding providers of customer service again next year.

Weather problems led to a couple of postponements, then the holidays were upon us and we have not yet set up another time for the work to be done.

Chris and Angie are perfectionists. They did an excellent job cleaning my windows and were very pleasant. I will use them again.

I was very pleased with their work, their professionalism, and their efficiency. The really care about the kind of job they do and go an extra mile or two to "do it right." I expect to have them back in the spring to do additional work, since I have been so pleased. And I think they are quite reasonably priced. Wish I had found them a long time ago.

The original appointment was at 11:00 but the company called at 11:00 to say that an icy neighborhood was delaying them and they would be about 15 minutes late. I really appreciated that even though they weren't that late. They showed up shorted after the original time. After doing an assessment, I agreed that 7 screens needed repair (I have just bought the house). Looking at the other screens, it was determined that the door screen to the patio also had holes in the bottom of it. They replaced the screens on-site and they look great!!!

Scheduling was great; we talked on the phone to set up a time and date. They arrived as scheduled. They were lovely to work with; we enjoyed having them and will use them again in the future.

I was amazed at what a difference clean windows made! They'd not been cleaned in the 3+ years we've lived in this home. This company did an fabulous job. The windows absolutely sparkled and my whole house seemed brighter even at night with the interior reflected brightly. I also arranged for these folks to clean the windows in my 92 year old mom's home. I was somewhat apprehensive because my mother would make the world's best quality control inspector - she see's every smudge or spot! Her evaluation was that they did a "magnificent" job. There is no greater praise than when it comes from her! We will definitely use this great couple again and recommend them whenever we get a chance.

I bought an Angie's List coupon using DC Brock. Shortly after touching base with Angie (owner), Chris (the other owner) was injured and could not do our windows for several weeks. Angie was quick in emailing me and letting me know the situation. We communicated several times before we arranged a date. Our first date was too cold so we rescheduled for the following week. There was a slight scheduling mix-up, but they arrived as soon as possible that same day and were extremely apologetic. Once at our house the two person team was fast, efficient and thorough. Once finished, they asked me to review their work to ensure our satisfaction. Their work was top notch - our windows never looked better. We'll definitely use them again!

I believe this is a company based upon integrity. What they said they would do, they did well and beyond my expectations. They charged a very fair price. They respected my house as my home. I will definitely use this company in the future.

This was my second time to use this husband and wife team and it was like welcoming old friends into my home. They are efficient and professional and also personable. They arrived on time, calling beforehand to alert me, and worked quickly to finish the job. My windows were perfectly cleaned. I will definitely use this company again.

Exactly as advertised. They were prompt, efficient, courteous and very thorough. Guests who came to the house the next day asked how we got our windows to sparkle.

My initial phone call was responded to within an hour. They showed up on time and had my whole house done in a couple hours. They were professional and did exactly what they said they would do. I couldn't ask for more.

They came and set up what looked like giant easel to set the windows on. They took out every window (10 reg and 10 storm) and cleaned thoroughly. Great job and no streaks. I will be using them on more windows and will put aside money for window cleaning yearly.

Chris and Angie arrived promptly after calling first. They explained what they would do and any other things I needed. After cleaning windows and doors I decided to replace all the screens as they all had some holes and bad places. Chris checked the gutters and cleaned out the leaves that were stopping the down drains. While the work was being done we visited and Chris and Angie are very nice people to talk with. I enjoyed having them at my home. I am 100% satisfied with the work. The windows with new screens look GREAT.

I purchased "the Big Deal" from DC Brock Window Cleaning in May 2013. At the time I was ready to schedule the service, Mr. Brock was injured and was unable to work for some time; however, when he recovered he notified his customers that he was back in business. I called and he got back to me right away. He was able to come the next week. Not only did he and his helper do the job as described in the "Big Deal," but they even did a couple of extras -a mirrored hallway and a mirrored bathroom wall. The windows sparkled when they were finished. I was very pleased with the quality of the work performed.

I could not be happier with my experience with DC Brock Window Cleaning. I decided to give them a try because they were offering a coupon for all windows cleaned for $89. I was not at all displeased with our previous window cleaning service which I have used for several years, and I would expect to have to pay more the next time I call DC Brock, because we have always been charged over$100; however, I have never had my screen cleaned as well as windows by a cleaning service. Odd that I never expected it but because DC Brock did both and did a fine job of both, the other service is now my previous service and Brock is our current go to provider when I get my windows their spring cleaning. I highly recommend them!!!

They were running late so they called 30minutes prior to let us know. They arrived when they said they would. They very professional and di an excellent job. They even cleaned the window sills. I would use them again.

I purchased an Angies List deal to have 24 windows cleaned. The supplier was prompt and professional. They arrived on schedule and the work was performed as advertised. the quality of the work was excellent. I would recommend this supplier.

The experience turned out great. They were very professional. They scheduled and showed up on time. It was a husband and wife team and they did a great job. We are probably going to have them back in the fall here to redo the house. We were very pleased. It was a big deal purchase.
