We service the Louisville area and surrounding communities and will drive further if need be, gas surcharge may apply. Extended hours are offered for our customers to save them from missing work, usual summer times are 10AM to 8PM. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. If your house has algae, mildew and dirt collecting on exterior surfaces our pressure/soft washing service can bring it back to it’s former glory. Dirty driveway, sidewalks and pool decks will look brand new again. I only use the most trusted, modern and safe techniques with high end equipment, no dangerous high pressure is used on siding. DC Brock saves you from having to transport your ripped, old and faded screens to your local hardware store and paying double the price. We come to your house, remove the screens, re-screen them with top quality screen and spline and put them back in the windows. Most windows screens do not exceed 32" in width however we carry extended sizes if needed. ‘Above and Beyond’ is our motto because you should get the best service that you pay for. Services we offer

Full external residential house washing including soffits, gutters, siding, porches and dormers. Surface cleaning of driveways, walkways, pool decks and patios. Mold, mildew and algae removal from surfaces. Repair of torn window, door and first floor porch screens. We remove and reinstall screens and all work is done on site. Rates are comparable to hardware store prices without the hassle. Cleaning of modern residential windows up to two stories. Sills and screen cleaning included in price.

Services we don't offer

Any windows above 2 1/2 stories unless can be done from inside. Cleaning blinds. We do not make screens. Cleaning hanging chandeliers. Gutter clean-out.

Description of Work: I bought the coupon and then when they got here they said it was a bit misleading, that storm window were counted as windows. The coupon was 89.00 and I paid them another 120, so it cost me $209.00.. So it was not what I thought. What they did was good but I was caught off gaurd.

I realize that it can be confusing to anyone who does not understand the different types of windows. We did our best to give you a discounted price on your remaining windows. Description of Work: Chris and Angie did excellent work. They did more than required and even brought me an expensive tool Chris found that we had lost in our bushes last summer.Windows looked great after they cleaned them. They replaced screening in ten windows right in our driveway. It was so convenient to have them rescreened here at home. They used a high quality screen and the cost was very reasonable. I was so happy with the whole job, that I paid them more than the invoice.

Description of Work: had the Brock window cleaning folks last night. They did an A plus job. Good price and they were so nice. And in a small world they have lost a child and I just lost a niece which they knew about and they told me about a great support group that I plan to tell my family and the other family who lost their child.

Description of Work: I have an old home built in 1893 and remodeled several times. Hence, there are several kinds of windows, old, older and new. Some are easy to open and some are more difficult. Most have screens. There are also three stories in the house. Angie and Chris came for an estimate, and when I told them I need the work done in less than a week, they rearranged their schedule to accommodate me. They arrived on time and spent about five hours doing the work. They were careful to move things and put them back. They cleaned up after themselves. The windows look great. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. I felt their price was fair and they gave me a coupon credit.
