They're exceptional. We've tried several others and very customer focused. They always ring the door bell when they come and they actually follow up with a phone call afterwards.

By law, residential tree trimming cannot cross property lines without permission from the property owner where the tree reisdes. My neighbor retained Dave's Tree Surgeon's to remove branches from a maple tree in my yard that overhung their garage. The trimmers crossed the property line (where there is a fence) and removed the tree limbs back to the tree trunk located on my property. They did not obtain my permission to do so (which I would have denied). Furthermore, the company told my neighbor they had the right to trim my tree back to the tree trunk without my permission. Approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of the tree is gone and is visually lopsided now.

This estimate to remove tree was priced ridiculously way out of line with all other quotes received !!!!! All other quotes were 800-1500$. This was $3250 !!!!!....lol Wow! I'm glad I'm not a and quot;Little Old Ladyand quot;....lol

This is the second time I used Dave’s Tree Surgeons (best quote out of three a few years back). They sent out a person quickly to give me a quote. It seemed a little high to me, so I did have one other company quote and Dave’s was lower. Also, they have a coupon on their website that I printed and included with the contract. After returning the contract, they came within a very decent time frame since one of the large trees had become a hazard to my home. The crews were very knowledgeable in their craft and took their time to analyze the difficult situation, make a plan, tie off safety ropes, etc. before climbing and cutting. They asked me my preference on where to drop the trees. I also asked for the stumps to be cut a certain height and that was no issue. Since the terrain allowed no machinery in, all the trees were just put on the ground (mostly in the woods) for me to clean up (I am still going at it almost 3 months later!), however, I did ask for them to render all of it safe so nothing would spring when I went to cut some of it or nothing would roll when my kids played in the woods - all of which was done by the crews. I do my own tree work up to a point, but when it crosses that point, I have been satisfied with Dave’s Tree Surgeons.

Trimmed four trees and put a cable in one for support. Cut down another small tree and cleaned up all debri. Good experience from the salesman, Mike; the office, Michelle, and the workers. The price was reasonable and will be using them again in the spring for treatments of diseased trees. Would definitely recommend them in the future. These days I appreciate doing business with a professional and efficient company.

Called and asked for an estimate. They came by the next day while I was at work and left one. They didn't try to oversell, just told me what I needed done. They could have tried to sell me a lot more work I sent back the signed work order and a couple days later they came out and did the job (again while I was at work) Great job, excellent service, reasonable price

They arrived at 8:00a.m. with a crew of 5 and finished at 4:30p.m. Everyone had a job to do and they worked well together. I highly recommend their services!

We have done some comparison price shopping and theirs compares. There was no problem with their punctuality either.

I have some trees in the yard and they keep them cleaned up, and they were dying ones and the cleared that too for me. I have had tree removing done for the last couple of years.

They discussed about the best options available and I did have them do the work for me. They did a good job and were very professional. I did receive quotes from several companies in the past. However, Dave’s Tree Surgeons have consistently given me lower quotes compared to the others. I would use their services in the future and in fact, I got a quote yesterday for some tree service.

There have been lot of windstorms here and we had to have a maple tree taken out and some limbs fell off a peer tree. They came and took them out for us. Their price was certainly reasonable and I was satisfied with their service.

Great. Dave's came out in April and wrote est. to remove two old trees, one rotten and hollow. The other tree right next to the house causing roof and gutter damage. They informed me it would take some time because they would need to drive a huge heavy crane truck across my front yard so we needed 10 days of no rain. Due to our rainy summer this took until Oct. The trees were removed and no damage to my lawn. The stump was ground on one of trees.

Dave's was quick to come out to estimate, but took almost two months to come out to complete work. I'm sure this was due to high demand from the massive amount of work they had from the storm and Spring rain. Also I'd not used their services before and they weren't really taking new customers, so I was fortunate to get them. The work came out fine, got what I paid for. I had received two estimates and Dave's was the lower of the two.

Excellent service. The crew worked very hard and completed the work per the contract authorized a week earlier. The price was very fair particularly compared to some others that I received.

Dave's was great! There is an apartment complex behind our house and to do the work, six of the parking spaces directly off the alley needed to be clear. I had already arranged with the apartment manager to do this and Dave's called me the day before so I could put up signs and also dropped off the traffic cones I needed to block the parking spaces. They got here promptly at 8:00 and started setting up the crane. The guys were very nice. They finished up about 2:30 and the place is absolutely spotless. The alley is completely clean, so are our two backyards. The tree is cleanly cut off at the fence and both families are very happy. What more can you ask for, prompt and helpful people, clean and neat - and a great price!

Mike's estimate included leaflets on tree health and proper pruning techniques-that impressed me from the start. He assured me my property would be protected so did the work only when conditions would not damage my property. Tree removal was amazing-systematic and the cleanup was amazing. Likewise with the pruning of other trees-I could hardly tell that there was any debris. I had a tree company to compare with-3 years ago, let a tree fall on my house, which put me out of my house for 3 months. Dave's Tree Surgeons used the crane as they promised, protected my property and did a remarkable job of cleaning up. The price was better than the estimate I received from other tree companies. I'm impressed and will definitely use Dave's again and recommend the company to my neighbors, friends and family.

IT WAS A GOOD JOB. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY GUTTERS OVERFLOWING AND THE FLOW WAS GOOD DOWN THE SPOUTS. I THINK THE PRICE WAS FAIR. OUR ROOF IS NOT EASY TO GET UP TO AND IT SAVED ME A LOT OF WORK.

THEY DO A GREAT JOB WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DO AND THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY. I LIKE THE PEOPLE AND I LIKE THE WORK THEY DO. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS.

IT WAS GOOD. I THOUGHT THEY COULD HAVE TRIMMED A FEW MORE BRANCHES OFF OF THE HOLLY TREE BUT THAT WAS THE ONLY THING. MY FEELING WAS THAT THEY COULD HAVE TRIMMED OFF A LITTLE BIT MORE AND SO THE PRICE DIDN'T MATCH THE VALUE OF THE SERVICE.

EVERY SERVICE THEY'VE EVER DONE, THEY'VE REMOVED TREES, THINNED OUT TREES, FERTILIZED TREES, AND EVERYTHING. THEY'VE DONE A GREAT JOB. I DON'T EVER TALK TO THEM, BUT THEY ALWAYS COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY'RE COMING.
