Description of Work: Worst experience I have ever had. I paid 25% down in January 2014, because I was told that the down payment was needed to cover the building permit. The permit was not pulled until April 30th. During this four months I got a run around and smoke screen. Once the work started in May, it was hit and miss when anyone would show up. Then in August, 8 months after I contracted to have a garage built, the foundation failed. Dave told me he would take care of it. He did nothing. I have spent thousand of dollars to get the foundation stabilized and now have an eyesore in my backyard. Worst experience ever!!!!

The price was fantastic and did a great job. Him and his crew was punctual, professional, and knowledgable. I would highly recommend his services to others.
Description of Work: I had hire him to build a concrete block garage.

As far as would we hire him again, I answered No due to their not being a Not Sure option. Dave's crew built a good garage but were never in any hurry. They might show up for an hour or so and then leave. Their roofing people would just throw down handful of nails on the ground. Also, we wish we had specified that it was to be a NON-SMOKING job as 6 months later, I am still finding cigerette butts and nails. If you are in a time crunch, I probably wouldn't recommend but if time is not an issue, then consider him for an estimate.
Description of Work: Had a 30'x30' framed garage built.
