Description of Work: Dauenhauer is the only plumbers I will use, they are very fair and equitable. They worked on my garbage disposal, and they are very fair / equitable.

Description of Work: Repaired gas water heater.

Description of Work: I was extremely pleased with the promptness, professionalism and support I received. |While called out to replace a couple of water valves, they were able to find an issue with the main valve to the house which would have been a disaster had they not found it. They also repaired it on the same day. I was extremely please to get that done during the same visit. First rate company and will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Unclogged kitchen drain. Got there at beginning of arrival window. In and out quickly with no mess.

Description of Work: The came out very promptly to check our water heater which had blown a circuit breaker. Fixed the problem quickly.

Description of Work: They did great work. The plumber was on time and informed us of everything he did. He diagnosed the problem, which was our dishwasher and not anything plumbing related. Even though he couldn't fix our problem, we appreciated his honesty, and he didn't charge us a fee. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They tried to unclog a toilet in our powder room, and the clog was so deep that they could not unclog the toilet with the equipment they normally carried, so they called for another crew with equipment designed to go deeper into the system. This second crew arrived within a couple to hours. Both crews were friendly, yet professional. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Had a drain clog I couldn't clear in the sink/ dishwasher drain pipe. He had it cleared out in a jiffy.

Description of Work: They took care of an obstruction in a toilet.

Description of Work: Replaced flapper. Good job. Unable to detect origin of leak but made EVERY effort to do so. Determined roof leak must be the issue

Description of Work: We had a broken line in the wall. Dauenhauer came out that day (Saturday) and ran a new line. We were very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: Replaced the major 4" sewer pipes going out of the house from upstairs. Also replaced the flange the toilet fastens to in the basement. Clean up could had been better. JH

Description of Work: They came out the next day after my call and replaced my water heater. It was very timely because the water had started flowing real freely from it. The repairman told me his recommendations and came and accessed the work. He then left to pick up the water heater and replaced it before noon after arriving shortly after 8a. I'm very pleased with the work and how he left the area.
