Called on Sat and they came on Sun. I didn't request emergency service on the weekend - but they said it's the same price any day they come. That's pretty cool. Didn't have to take time off of work to get it done! Nick quickly diagnosed both problems and resolved them rapidly. Very pleased with the experience.

Plumber was prompt, and repaired the problem. I used a coupon printed from Angie's List, which helped on cost. They came the same day I called, which was great.

Excellent. Punctual, professional, answered all of my questions and did a complete walk through and showed me everything and answered all of my questions.

The guys who did my work were friendly, professional, checked all of the work they did and then checked it again with me so that they could answer any questions right then and there.

I called first thing in the morning and reported the problem so they would come prepared. My parents were visiting and I asked if they could come before 1pm. I was told they would try to work me in but they would schedule me between 1-6 to make sure I got on the days schedule. I called at 3 to check in and was told they would be there within the hour. Guy showed up at 5:30 with no parts on his truck. He has to go go back to the shop, leaving the water turned off in the entire house. When he finally returned with the part he should have had originally, it was a quick fix. He charged me $240 and refused to give me an itemized bill. I’ve used this company many times over the years and was always pleased. Not sure what’s going on now.

I discovered a drain leak in between my tub and slab floor. There is little to no access to that area without cutting out drywall or removing the tub. I definitely did not want to attempt installation myself in such a tight area. I called Dauenhauer plumbing on a Sunday. They sent somebody out immediately, and didn’t even charge a weekend rate! Donovan fixed in perfectly in incredible time! This company is incredible! Fast, courteous, and very professional. Worth every penny!!! A+++ to Dauenhauer plumbing. I can’t recommend enough!

He did a good job, left no mess, mannerly, accepted Angie's coupon, my faucets are working fine from the first day he fixed them. I would use this company again.

Amazing! The most responsive plumber I've ever known in 30 years of hiring commercial and residential plumbers in various states. Ben, Jimmy, Mike & Chris were very professional, skilled, and got the job done quickly. They also engaged an excellent concrete subcontractor - Diamond Cut and Core - to cut our basement concrete floor and fill and finish it when the plumbing reroute was complete. They provided excellent advice on plumbing technical and state code requirements. Not the cheapest, but, well worth it. Their dispatchers were pleasant and their scheduling system allowed them to give us an appointment on the first call. The quality of their work was outstanding and they were equally responsive to call backs as to new work. It was an exceptional experience working with them!

The leak was repaired, but the landscaping wasn't - it looks like we buried someone in front of our house. Now we need to have a landscaper come in to repair the damage. Since we didn't hire them and didn't set down guidelines in advance, I didn't fight it - but I will make sure to do so in the future.

On the day in question, I called at 9:30am to get a more accurate arrival time frame, so I could run some needed errands. She told me that the technician would arrive as soon as he was finished with his first appointment. She made it sound like it would be soon. This surprised me, since I was supposed to be the first appointment. I wasted the whole day waiting. I received no phone calls or updates until the technician finally called at at 3pm to say he was on his way. Since they were obviously unreliable, I declined service.

Plumber arrived on time and discussed the cost after looking at the project. Not only did he replace the faucets but he installed valves under the house in line with the faucets so that the water could be closed off completely in the winter to avoid damage to the outside faucets.

I had a problem with my hot water heater late on the evening of July 7. I checked Angie's List and from their ratings I chose Dauenhauer Plumbing. I used their online scheduling tool to request an appointment/call back (I wasn't sure which it would be) for July 8 between 5-10P. As of Monday afternoon at 3.30P when I left work, I still had not been contacted. I called Dauenhauer to check on the status of my request and after verifying my address twice, the person on the other end told me that I was not in their system. Fortunately the internet tab on my phone was still open from Friday night, so included is a screenshot of my message sent confirmation.

We called Dauenhauer and the set up an appt for later in the week. We got a first appt time. Cotton was the plumber and he arrived on time and after he had called with his notice that he woudl arrive within 20 minutes. He was professional, personable and most importantly, knowledgeable. He fixed the issue within two hours and even helped correct another issue (which we did pay for). I would call Dauenhauer again with any plumbing needs. Also, they were quick to accept the Angie's list $40 off coupon.

We were replacing the faucet handles/stems in our shower, but were unable to remove the diverter stem. It was seriously stuck and damaged in the attempt to remove it. Another plumber tried to remove it, failed and then given us an outrageous estimate on replacing the whole shower faucet without detailing the estimate. Thinking that removing the stem was a lost cause, we called Dauenhauer to come give us an estimate on replacing the entire faucet. Mike Brady was the technician. He let me know that the job to replace the entire faucet would probably be about $900, and was able to explain why. But he wasn't going to leave without at least trying to remove the stem. Using his incredible determination, superior intellect, and brute force he was able to remove it, saving us several hundreds of dollars. He also gave me some advice regarding the replacement of the faucet handles and stems. Mike Brady is my hero! I will be recommending him to anyone that asks for recommendation for a plumber.

Bob called to let me know he would arrive in about 20 minutes . He was so very courteous and professional. He cleaned the pipes out and dislodged the riff raff in the disposal...took about 15 minutes total. I used the $40 off Angie's List coupon and the whole job was $159 (6 month warranty included should it back up again). I will use them in the future without hesitation. Great experience.

I'd give them all "A"'s. We keep calling them back. I would use them again too. It took maybe a half a day to do the work. The workers that I came in contact with were nice and genuine. They were professional. They left the area clean and took the trash with them.

We would definitely use them again. They were super friendly and explained everything really well.
