Since this was an emergency of sorts, as we could not stop the water dripping in the wall, the company responded immediately. There were out the same day. The person that came was very professional in attire. He wore booties upon entering my home to keep the floors clean. He priced the job before starting and the final price was exactly as quoted. The job took him longer than he expected as he had a problem with the diverter valve completely sealing off. He had to fabricate some kind of part to correct that problem, but still the price I was charged was exactly as quoted. I had to call them back out to correct something a couple of days later, but again they were very responsive and I wasn't charged for the second call.

They were very good about coming quickly and on time. The plumber who showed up (Ronnie) was very good at helping diagnose the problem and offering suggestions. He had some additional work listed as optional, and explained that he didn't think we should do it right away because the first 2 items on the list should fix the problem (i.e. he wasn't pushing stuff that wasn't needed). I thought they did great, fast work. However, the price seemed a little high considering they were only there for less than 1.5 hours total and only had to replace wax seals for the parts. But overall very good workmanship and responsiveness.

HE CAME TO FIX A LEAK IN OUR SHOWER. HE INSPECTED THE DRAIN, THE SHOWER HEAD, CONTROLS AND DETERMINED THE LEAK WAS INSIDE SOMEWHERE. HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME 120.00 TO REMOVE A PIECE OF CEILING DRYWALL. I DECIDED TO REMOVE IT MYSELF. HE IS COMING BACK TO FINISH THE JOB. SO FAR WE ARE HAPPY WITH HIS WORK.

I THINK I GOT RIPPED OFF. I THINK THEY CHARGED ME WAY TOO MUCH. BUT WHEN I HAVE WATER LEAKING IN MY HOUSE, I DON'T HAVE MUCH OF A CHOICE. I HAVE TO GET IT TAKEN CARE OF. HE WAS ALL RIGHT AND HE WAS A NICE PERSON, BUT I THINK THEY CHARGED ME TOO MUCH. I WOULDN'T CALL THEM AGAIN.

FOR A PLUMBING COMPANY, THEY CAME AT THE EARLY END OF THE ESTIMATED TIME. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL THIRTY MINUTES BEFORE THEY WERE COMING AND THEY DID CALL. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN BEFORE AND AFTER THE WORK AND THEY WORE BOOTIES. THEY WENT OVER THE PRICING BEFORE THE WORK WAS DONE AND THAT MADE ME COMFORTABLE WITH WHAT WAS DONE BECAUSE I HAVE HAD THE OPPOSITE EXPERIENCE.

THEY WERE FAST, PROFESSIONAL AND NEAT. IT WAS ADEQUATE. WE HAD A LEAK AND THE LEAK IS GONE. HE DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS AND HE DIDN'T LEAVE DRYWALL LYING ON THE FLOOR. THERE WERE NO WET CARPETS OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT.

THEY HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION IN THE COMMUNITY. THEY ARE PUNCTUAL IN COMING AND DEALING WITH THE PROBLEM. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS. SO FAR THIS SEASON, WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS.

WELL I'LL SAY ONE THING, WHENEVER YOU CALL THEM THEY COME OUT THE SAME DAY. EVEN ON WEEKENDS, SO MANY OTHERS CAN'T, SO THAT'S A PLUS. I THINK THE QUALITY OF WORK IS GOOD TOO. THEY'RE NOT AS POLISHED, BUT THEY DO THEIR WORK WELL.

IT WAS GOOD. THEY CAME WITHIN A DAY OF WHEN WE CALLED, WHICH WAS A NECESSITY. OVERALL, HE WAS REALLY NICE AND DID EVERYTHING RIGHT. IT IS AWFUL WHEN YOU CAN'T TAKE HOT SHOWERS. HIS TIMELINESS WAS DEFINITELY WHY WE WENT WITH THEM.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB REPLACING IT AND PUTTING A CUT OFF VALVE WITH IT. I COULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN A BETTER PRICE WITHIN THE AREA. OVERALL, I WOULD SAY THAT THEY DID A NICE JOB.

IT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE OLD VALVE DIDN'T LAST AS LONG AS WE THOUGHT IT WOULD. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GOOD. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
