Chuck Ewing and Alan Martell were the BEST technicians! Right on time, quick workers, delightful people. I'm having them come back to install a new kitchen faucet soon, and for whatever other plumbing problems I ever have in this old house. I am SO happy to call them My Plumbers!

He was very efficient. He quoted me a price and within 30-45 minutes he was done. He had all parts with him and everything works great. I was able to use the coupon offered on this site so it was all done quickly, efficiently, and I got everything taken care of in one visit, which was great for me.

Came out to repair clogged toilet. Found a very easy fix to the problem and even offered advice on how to how to avoid the issue in the future. Excellent customer service!!!! I will definitely use them again.

They did a wonderful job. My insurance paid the rest of the charges. They were punctual. They were great. They worked with me the whole time about what they were going to do. They tried to work with the insurance company. They had to jackhammer all the way through my bedroom and living room so it was a big mess, but they got the work done. Everything was great and I can’t complain. Their service was wonderful. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Matt was my plumber and he was the best. Arrived in less than half an hour with a great attitude and all the equipment he needed. Not to mention it was a sunday evening about 8pm and there were no extra charges for that. They have a customer for life.

I noticed my tub faucet was dripping while turned off and with the diverter set to shower. Got an appointment with an arrival window between 8am and 10am. Technician finally called at about 10:30 and arrived at about 11 so a bit late but these things can be difficult and I don't have anywhere I have to be. Replaced the faucet with a new hot/cold/diverter set. It's working well. I forgive the late call and arrival this time. If it continues on future calls I will reevaluate. I haven't shopped around for plumbers so I can't speak to the price.

we are doing a bathroom remodel and they were very flexible with our tight schedule. Chris is very easy to work with and finished the job quickly. We will have them back out to install the final finishes.

Had an issuie in the morning and they were on site within 6 hours. It was a Saturday so I was suprised at the quick turnaround but very satisfied. Service rep was very easy to talk to and explained the process very well. Had to run the snake thru the pipe 3 times to get it unclogged. Like I said very satisified. I could have rented a machine for 100 dollars but only someone with the background could have figured out it was sludged up and where the actual problem was. He could tell by the way the the cable was reacting where it was.

I originally called Maeser Plumbing, and was given an estimate of $1,398.00. The Maeser technician said it was a 5-6 hour job requiring two technicians. I though this was outrageous considering the relatively minimal amount of work involved, and the next day called Dauenhauer for an estimate. Dauenhauer's estimate was $429, and one technician completed the job in 2 hours. Additionally, Maeser charged me $69 for the estimate, and Dauenhauer's estimate was free. The Dauenhauer technician, Louis, was friendly, down to earth, and knew what he was doing. After leaving for about an hour to get parts, he performed the work in a couple of hours. Everything he did was first rate, and I am very pleased with both the cost and the quality of the installation. Dauenhauer had the job completed within 24 hours of my phone call, and I am completely satisfied with every aspect of their service.

I have used Dauenhauer multiple times and have always been pleased with their service. They are always able to come when I need them in a short time frame and I believe their pricing is very reasonable.

They were called on an emergency, late night run and were professional and courteous from the start. The technician wasted no time and replaced the pipelines in no time.

I called on Sunday and the plumber arrived within the timeframe given. He was able to restore the water to the home but unable to repair the problem due to not having the parts on his truck. He offered to go get the parts, however we would incur an extra $120 fee. I said I could wait until the next day to have the work done as it would be no more than hours away. The technician was due back between 8am and 1pm. The technician called and asked for if it would be ok if he rescheduled for the 1pm to 5p.m. time frame. I said that would be ok, and waited. The technician then called at approximately 3pm and said he would be unable to make it out at all on Monday and said he would be at my house by 8am on Tuesday. Tuesday he showed up at approximately 10:30am. He proceeded to turn the water off to the house and do the repair work. He said he completed the work and then said he had tested everything. I paid him, thanked him and went about the errands I had postponed waiting on the repair. I then moved the washer and dryer back into place and reconnected the the washer to the spigot and turned them on. Water sprayed all over me and the laundry room. I turned the water back off and called the company's customer service number. I was then informed that I would have to wait to until Wednesday for a technician to come out. I explained that I would not be available all day Wednesday and was told I would have to wait until Thursday. I then asked about hiring someone else to.come in and trouble shooting the issue. I was then told that if I had anyone else do any work on the problem, my warranty would be nullified. Now I am supposed to wait another 2 days at the minimum to be able to do laundry.

Smoothly. Could have used some grass seed ans straw as part of a nearly $2000 job though. Not a huge deal, but would have been a nice "icing on the cake".

Robert did a fantastic job! He was very courteous, professional, prompt and worked quickly! Our type of toilet doesn't have the same standard parts as conventional ones, but Robert had what he needed to repair it. My fear was that a part would have to be ordered, but it didn't, resulting in only one service call. Also, we were thinking about replacing another part due to what we thought was breakdown of a seal. Robert said we didn't need to. I feel better knowing this provider didn't try to sell unnecessary services. $89.00 is all we paid after our coupon. Would definitely use Dauenhauer again!

UPDATE from Dispute Resolution: I had a complaint in regards to a hose that was left out from the cover of my sump pump from a previous 'flooding' trouble call. I found out (much later) that the hose was a discharge hose from my water softener unit. I called at least two times requesting to speak to a manager in regards to water spilling onto my basement floor from an unknown source. On 16 May '14, I finally received a call from a female 'trainee' supervisor for the company. This lady refused to forward my request and refused to hear the entire details regarding a problem in my home. I requested a 'Complaint Resollution' via Angie's LIst. On Thursday, 22 May '14, I received a call from 'Jeff' asking me how he could help me. I was overwhelmed to know the difference between a true professional vice the 'wanna be' supervisor I spoke to on 16 May. Jeff and I agreed that there is a possibility that the water softener discharge hose could have been pushed out from the sump pump area when flooding came into the basement area. I made the mistake of 'thinking' that the employee would have seen the loose hose on his first or second visit. My basement continued to spill water until I heard a 'buzzing' sound from the water softener unit. Upon resetting the unit, this is when I noted the water discharge coming from the hose and noted the small opening for the hose in the cover of the sump pump. Jeff and I discussed this in detail and he was kind enough to offer a refund. If the 'supervisor' on 16 May would have been a kind person and cared about what the customer had to say, there is a stong possibility that this issue could have been resolved prior to today. Initially, I 'only' requested a discount for future service. This is a family company that has wonderful service and employees. The field employee and myself could have overlooked the water softener hose (human error) however; the water issue was discovered, my complaint was finally addressed and I received a refund. Jeff is a very professional and thorough employee and a tremendous asset to the Dauenhauer Company :). Thank you and God Bless.

I called this morning at 8AM and a window was setup from 10AM to 3PM for today. The plumber called at 11:30AM to let me know he would be here within 30 minutes and arrived at 11:50AM. We discussed the issue and the fact that I wanted to go ahead and replace the hot water heater. He was able to remove the old on in less than an hour. He then went to pick up the new water heater which took about 30 minutes. Once back with the new water heater he had the new one installed in less than 90 minutes. I am really satisfied with the quick service, great price, and quality of the work.

Recently purchased this older home. The technician was very nice, professional, and efficient. Very quick response, especially for 11pm. Temporary fix unfortunately. This older water heater has been allowed to sit idle for quite a long period of time and has many other problems and must be replaced. We have scheduled this with Dauenhauer.

He did a good job. Everything went fine. We had to wait until a working day to get the parts to fix it, but then he was prompt in getting it fixed.

My husband I had purchased a new kitchen faucet to replace our old, leaky one. We planned to do the work ourselves, but the old faucet was so rusted we couldn't get the nut holding it in to budge. We called Dauenhauer on Saturday night and they sent someone (Mike) the next morning. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and removed the old faucet without any problem.
