I was really really pleased with their work and would use them again.

I noticed a leak in my expansion tank of my hot water heater. Found Dauenheaur on Angie's List and decided to try them. I called around 6pm and scheduled an appointment from noon to 5 the next day, but they called me the morning of the next day and said they could get to me by 10am (which I truly enjoyed so I could run other errands in the afternoon). He was very courteous and helpful in not only correcting the problem, but also giving me helpful hints on maintenance of its components. The price was a little higher, but they offer a lot of coupons (which I used from Angie's List) and they really did a great job (they were also efficient in their work). I will definitely use them again.

Tech was actually a little early and quickly repaired our issue and was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Their pricing was pretty good for what we got. We have not had any problems. Their punctuality was fine. It has been a couple of years ago so the best thing I can tell you is that we did not have any issues with them so it was overall a positive experience.

Frank was punctual and immediately assessed the situation. He was professional and got right to work. The whole repair didn't take longer than 1 hour including paperwork!

Great, he did the job, checked with a tp test. It wasn't working right so he did it again. Got it that time. He was knowledgeable, professional. I would hire them again in a heart beat!

Our water heater had a faulty valve and was just out of warranty. The price for parts and installation to replace the valve were almost as high as replacing the whole waterheater--so we originally opted to install a new one. Kendall (the technician) saw that we were just beyond warranty and went to bat for us with the manufacturer and got them to replace the part at no cost. We only had to pay for the labor (which was reasonable) for installation. I was really impressed that he went out if his way to help us and saved us from a large, unanticipated expense. Highly recommend!

Good price and good service, though they did not point out that the new water heater would be wider than the old, thus making it difficult to access the sump pump behind the water heater.

Randy Roeder did a wonderful job. He called 15 min prior to arriving as was promised. He gave me an estimate which was very competitive and I authorized him to perform work. His work was professional and he cleaned up as he worked. He left the bathroom as clean as when he arrived.

Chuck arrive on time and analyzed the problem and knew right away it was a pin hole in the pipe that was the problem. He quoted us a price to do the work. He cut out the dry wall and replaced the busted line. He was very conscious about not scratching the tub and doing a good clean up job. We appreciate his attention to detail. He was pleasant and courteous. Any more plumbing problems we know who to call.

Randy was prompt and called ahead to give an ETA. He did a fantastic job of analyzing the issues and identifying the source of my problems. He fixed them quickly and efficiently. I will be sure to ask for him specifically should I need plumbing work again.

Plumber arrived and said that I had the wrong piece necessary and explained to me what I needed. Also gave me advice on how to resolve the multiple gas lines still attached to my house. Very professional and honest.

Quick and easy. I had already cut the drywall an all he had to do was the pipe repair.

The plumber refused to go into the crawl space under the house to determine the extent of the repair that was needed. Instead, he estimated a fee, in his words, that would be at least $500.00 and likely even higher. How can the cost of a repair be estimated without even looking at the problem?

It was great! Robert came out one day and gave me an estimate and a coupon to install. He told me I should purchase my own sink and faucet, which I did and liked making my own choice. He came back and installed in less than an hour. I did't even know he took the old sink out he was so quiet. He cleaned up and took the old sink away. He was very informative all throughout! He was very personable!

I called on Wednesday and they couldn't get to me until Friday. I was given a 5 hour window (8-1) on Friday. At about 11:20, the office called and said they had mistakenly scheduled my appointment for 2019 instead of 2016. First she offered me an appointment later in the day and then she said they were all booked up and I would have to wait until Monday before they could come out. They didn't offer me anything to make up for their error (no discount, no after-hours service), even after I stated I was inclined to call someone else instead. This is terrible customer service, and I will not be hiring this company to do any work for me.

I really didn’t have any issues with the service until the plumber almost set my house on fire with the welding he was doing. He stopped at one point when there was smoke generated and told me that the welding and thawder had caught like one of the beams and smoked it and he ended up staying here at my location for probably a good hour afterwards checking walls and assuring that there wasn’t an active fire in the house. Not a good experience to have. If that had not happened, I would be okay. I know I had gotten estimates and the prices was competitive but again, he was in my house longer than expected due to his error there.

The technician that came out was great! He tested everything and said everything tested well, just a tripped internal breaker. That said, we don't know why the breaker tripped so he reset it with the hopes that it was a fluke and we would only pay the trip fee. The unit worked for about 24 hours but then the breaker tripped again, so we called him back and we all agreed that it was best to replace the unit since it was 18+ years old. What we liked about this scenario was that he was honest with us and didn't immediately try to replace the water heater. We actually called and scheduled the replacement but he tried other options in hopes that we would not have to replace the unit. He earned our trust by that bit of honesty and when he came back to replace the unit, he was friendly and helpful with many questions/suggestions. We highly recommend this company, as they have been great whenever we have needed plumbing repairs.

He came out on a Sunday after the wife clogged up the sink.

They told me when they started the job, which took months for them to get started that my front yard would look as much as they could do to get it back the way it was. NO, NO, it is dirt and holes and since my husband passed away, I feel like they took advantage of a woman 71 years old.. A couple of days after they did the work, it started to back up again and when we called, they sent a 19 year old boy who was here 15 minutes & said he snaked it and told me because the office was closed, I had to give him a check for $200. He said I would get my money back the next day from the company. No, they would not give me the money back until I signed a release that they are not responsible for anything. Everyone in the neighborhood has asked me what happened to my yard, it is so bad. I am so embarrassed and on a fixed income and cannot afford for someone to come out and fix it. If I had not specifically ask them about my yard being put together, it might have been a little different but everytime I ask them to come out, they didn't do anything. After signing the release, the owner told me "Nothing Would Please Me". Now, I would like someone to come out and look at it and tell me they wouldn't be very upset! MSD came out and agreed with me but said there wasn't much they could do and did find some things they did wrong. Any senior citizen, especially a woman, have a man talk to whoever you want work done because I feel like I was made a fool out of!!!
