The serviceman was efficient and friendly. He knew what to do and did it well. The loss of a star and a half is because I requested a quote but wasn't told any cost until the work was done. Because of the heat I didn't have time to price compare. I'm satisfied with the work and the speed. I'm not sure if the prices are competitive.

richard came out and got the evaporator coil replaced in my AC. trane warranty work was all taken care of and house is cool again! good quality work and service

I do not recommend this company to anyone. The guy sat around for 4-5 hours smoking his electric cigg, waiting for the air condition. They put in the wrong air condition, broke the slab in half and I still waiting for the filters they promised me.

He actually educated me on the process he used to service my air conditioner and passed on preventive maintenance tips for me to use in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend this Company to anyone who needs to have any work done. This seemed more like an meeting an old friend, than an actual service call. WELL DONE.
